This special pet friendly cottage is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Very clean, uncluttered space, new upgrades like new washer and dryer. The queen bed has premium bedding for a very comfortable nights sleep. Bedroom tv is 43 inch and living room tv is a 55 inch. Both have Roku Television and Xfinity for local channels. New mini split ac units to keep you cool on those hot Florida days. Full kitchen with a Nespresso coffee maker,and a new range.

The River House was a great place for our family to have some much needed destressing for the start of the summer. The back yard is beautiful overlooking Long Creek. Birds, fish, alligators and the occasional dolphin brought a next level experience to our stay. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock catching: catfish, mangrove snapper, tilapia and snook. The back patio provides ample space to work on your tan around the pool. The pool is not large but perfect for cooling off and floating around. It is important to note that there are only 2 pool lounge chairs. The covered area is great for al fresco dinning and a show presented by the wildlife teeming within the protected preserve that surrounds you. The house was very clean and as described the showers are as amazing as they look. There were a few issues that Melissa was very responsive too. Great Stay

Kristine was a fantastic host and the house was absolutely perfect for our stay. From booking to checkout, she was responsive and clear in her communication. The home is recently updated, very clean, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house is thoughtfully labeled so guests can easily find what they need, and it’s stocked with everything—from the essentials to thoughtful extras. In addition to a well-equipped kitchen (coffee pot, blender, pots and pans, dish towels, even ice packs), Kristine provides a backpack cooler, towel bag, beach chairs, and a portable umbrella—perfect for trips to the park or beach. The bathroom and pool towels were high-quality and actually absorbed water, which we really appreciated since many places seem to be moving toward cheaper options. The open floor plan is ideal for families, and the bedrooms—especially the ensuite bathrooms, TVs in every room, and the twin queen bunks with trundle—were comfortable and well-

This space is compact but comfortable. Kitchenette cubbie is sufficient for simple basics but not food preparation. We ate out for our main meals and there are numerous fabulous places nearby. The yard is lush, private, and surprisingly quiet. Kaylee & Casey are friendly and helpful hosts. Enjoy!
