Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint-Marcel-sur-Aude

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Wohnung von Patrick. Das charmante historische Gebäude liegt mitten im historischen Zentrum mit Blick auf den Kanal und den Garten des erzbischöflichen Palais. Wir hatten die Fenster immer geöffnet und freuten uns an dem Leben, das sich unter uns abspielte. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Patrick gab uns praktische Tips zum Parken und Gepäckausladen, so dass die zentrale Lage auch mit dem Auto kein Problem darstellte. Der nahegelegene öffentliche Parkplatz war erschwinglich und abends und übers Wochenende kostenlos. Wir haben unsere Gastgeber zwar nicht persönlich kennen gelernt, aber bei Fragen waren sie jederzeit ansprechbar und haben immer sofort regiert. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Narbonne kommen, dann würden wir gerne wieder dort wohnen.

le logement est idéalement placé, proche des restaurants, des halles, et des monuments et des transports. Très bien rénové, et surtout très silencieux. Nous le recommandons vivement.

We travelled from the USA to see our daughter who is studying in the area. The apartment is very clean, cute and comfortable. The buses were easy to work out and got us everywhere we needed. It is very close to beaches and shops which we walked to daily. Close to a grocery store and coffee shop we went loved. We would definitely come back! A trip to remember. And Christiane was very friendly and answered any queries very quickly.

Nous avons été ravis de séjourner chez Martine qui est très sympathique et très arrangeante. Le logement est très confortable, très propre, bien agencé et décoré. Il ne manque rien. Nous y avons logé dans le cadre de notre parcours à vélo sur le canal du midi et avons apprécié la proximité du logement et du canal, profiter d'un logement où nous avons pu bien nous reposer et nous promener dans Roubia très joli village, calme, plaisant avec un restaurant bar épicerie où nous avons très bien mangé. Tout à proximité du logement, après une journée de vélo, c'est appréciable ! Un grand merci à Martine de nous avoir permis de faire une belle étape chez elle.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement de Maxime. Un petit appartement fonctionnel, très propre, avec une belle literie et tout rénové avec goût. Le logement donne sur une cour privée ce qui rend l’ambiance paisible et agréable. Maxime a été réactif et sympathique

Que dire de plus que PARFAIT !! La maison est grande, propre et très lumineuse et l hôte est très gentil et réactif . Mention spéciale pour le séjour immense et la piscine 10/10 ….

Pierre's house was beautiful! I stayed with family of six adults. We were greeted by the lovely Michelle who showed us round. The house is perfectly and stylishly kitted out with everything you could need. The pool area was a fantastic place to relax, eat meals, swim and play table tennis! We spent most of our time there when not out exploring the region. Pierre recommended the Vin Bikes wine tasting tour. Highly recommend this. Amazing electric mountain bike tour of the local scenery and vinyards with a local guide, followed by wine tasting with local cheeses under the shade of a large olive tree. It was perfect. The location is great for driving to several iconic historical towns, cities and beaches. Pierre and Michelle were always reachable to answer any questions. Check out was a breeze. Would stay again! Thank you!

We had a beautiful week stay at Graham and Jeanette's home. The kitchen and common areas are well appointed and comfortable, and we loved the design of the house and outdoor /pool area. The views of Lagrasse are stunning. We could have spent another week enjoying the house and the fantastic village!

Airbnb parfait, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout était parfait. L’endroit est calme très bien placé, d’une propreté irréprochable. Les hôtes sont réactifs et d’une extrême gentillesse, petites attentions en plus. Absolument parfait.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Gilles ! Il a été très accueillant, disponible et attentif, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre passage. La maison est incroyable, confortable, bien pensée et décorée avec soin. Gros coup de cœur pour le bain nordique : même s’il demande un peu de préparation, ça en vaut largement la peine – un vrai moment de détente. Encore merci à Gilles pour son accueil, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Aurélie nous a très bien accueillie. Echanges très sympas. Bons conseils de visites, restaurants et vins. Un petit bar à vin qui venait d'ouvrir juste en face avec petit patio charmant où on peut manger , très sympa, petit plus dans le cadre!

Un excellent séjour passé au sein de cette magnifique maison !   Nous avons été conquis par la splendide (et panoramique) vue mer ainsi que par le cadre exceptionnel qu’offre cette maison, fidèle aux photos de l’annonce. L’emplacement de ce logement à la Franqui est idéal et nous avons pu tout faire à pieds (accès à la plage et de nombreuses balades depuis cet emplacement). La maison est très agréable d’extérieur (jardin arboré et ombragé par endroits, plusieurs terrasses bien aménagées et équipées, au mobilier confortable). Elle est aussi dotée d’un intérieur impeccable, propre, lumineux, pratique, à la décoration chaleureuse et soignée dans toutes les pièces et super bien équipé notamment dans la cuisine (de bons équipements, des rangements, beaucoup de vaisselle et de produits ménagers à disposition…). Comme nous, vous ne manquerez de rien durant votre séjour et vous pourrez être pris de regrets, le moment venu, de quitter cet havre de paix.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was perfect and exactly as described in the listing. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Ms. Domique was incredibly helpful throughout my stay and assisted with everything I needed. Sabrina was also fantastic - she responded to all my questions very quickly and was very understanding and accommodating. The Host was professional, kind, and made me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. Catherine and her husband were lovely. I told her that we had an early flight but there was no rush to get the apartment ready before the stated check in time however, they rang us to say that it was ready well before. The apartment is in the perfect location right on the beach with a huge balcony that gets the hot morning sun, perfect for some private sunbathing and you can even sit and watch the kids playing on the beach from it! We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. The beach was quiet on week days and busier on the weekend. We loved having the pool which was always clean and has a shallow end for the kids. There are restaurants just down the road with friendly staff and you can walk up the beach to the main town and harbour or take the bus from right outside the apartment. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay at Catherine's again!

We had a wonderful stay at Thomasina's apartment. Truly one of the most beautiful places we have stayed at. The gardens and pool are delightful. The apartment is very well equipped, super clean and Thomasina was very welcoming and helpful with ther explanations and information. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in a beautiful place.

Nous avons séjourné chez Gilles à l'occasion du marathon. Le logement est impeccable, idéalement placé que ce soit pour aller au resto ou la plage. De plus le logement propose un parking et une place privée. Je recommande vivement

The place was nice and very clean. The home fragnance scent was a bit strong but feels refreshing every time we went home. Walking distance to good restos, nice area to bike and walk too. We thought it would be annoying since the aircon is controlled virtually but in the end, he just programmed it the way we wanted. Thanks for the free cocktail as well! 😉

Very nice quiet apartment with astounding views of the Thau pond. Clean and well organized. Cleaning was not included in the prize and proper cleaning materials not provided.

This is such a cute place. I felt very comfortable and would stay here again. Not far from the beach or Beziers. We went to both while there. Valras-Plage is a super nice beach with lots of sand! Very helpful, responsive host!
