The view from the room is immaculate. You are steps away from the water, sand, beach, and the pool is a 1 minute walk away. We felt very safe in the condo with electronic storm shutters over the windows - we closed every night before bed, gated entrance to property, and an attendant at the gate. Bed is wonderful - nice and firm. Good storage for clothes. The kitchen is fully stocked. Huge fridge. Spacious shower. We rented our car through Elisa (host’s) recommendation a driver escorted us from airport to car rental lot - a two minute drive from the gated beach club. Elisa is a wonderful host very responsive to messages, respectful of privacy.

My husband and I enjoyed 6 nights here. It is a perfect location with delicious restaurants just a 5 min walk away. The beach in front of the home is gorgeous and calm. The home and kitchen is well appointed with all the necessities for making a small meal. Close to the Super U for needed groceries. Nicolas was very attentive and made check-in a breeze. Would definitely recommend to any friends or family visiting the area!

My wife and I loved this stay at Mount Vernon. Waking up daily to the beautiful view of Orient bay was priceless. The place was clean , had most things you would need at the kitchen . I loved that they had coffee available there too. The place was very cozy and beautiful. The bed was very comfy which let us rest properly every night . We like the comfort and luxury of having such a nice view every time you look out the balcony. The host was very kind and waited for us at the entrance of the place . You most definitely would need to have a vehicle to be able to get around from there to other places . I would say if you have mobility issues maybe it would be a little difficult because of the flight of stairs , other than that it’s a great stay! We will definitely come back.

Great clean location with everything you need for an amazing holiday. Plenty of space with open kitchen/ living room concept with a view of ocean and beach. Which coincides with the deck/ patio. We would definitely stay again at “ The French Kiss”.. thanks for the host that kept in contact with us and met us at the property to explain some key details. Our short 3 night stay at Maho Condo was excellent. The space is very clean and small but functional. There are two large closets with plenty of hangers and four drawers of under bed storage. Kitchen: Stocked with glasses, dishes and cutlery as well as appliances like a ninja blender, air fryer and toaster. Bathroom: Rainfall shower with nice pressure, hot water and plenty of towels. They even have darker makeup towels. Misc. Robot vacuum, ironing board, smart tv. Amenities: Fully equipped gym and although we never used the pool it’s a nice size and has plenty of chairs. The onsite security made us feel safe coming and going at night. Location: close to the airport with about a 10 min walk to Maho beach. 5 min drive to Mullet Bay beach. In walking distance to bars/restaurants and the Maho market. We had a car and parked often in the gravel lot across the street. Communication: Great. We got a nice welcome and had an open communication with the hosts should we need anything.

The Anse Marcel area was perfect for us. Beautiful serene beach a short walk from the apartment which is somewhat protected from the winds. The area has enough dining options but was so nice and quiet and free from crowds during our visit. I loved the indoor/outdoor space in the living area at the apartment and enjoyed looking out at the catamarans in the morning as I sipped my espresso while the marina came to life. Hiked to a walk-in/boat-in only beach right from the apartment and had the place almost entirely to ourselves. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. 4 nights was nowhere near enough to experience everything on this island! I would absolutely look to book this place again when we return.

We have stayed at Orient once before and were very happy with our stay at Princess Manon. The apartment was clean, light, and bright. There were tons of towels provided (more than the one per person that is usually supplied) as well as practical things like liquid hand soap at all sinks and two big water bottles in the fridge. Check in and check out was easy and quick. Water pressure was great the entire stay and the ACs worked beautifully. We love staying in Orient and will be back!

This place exceeded all our expectations - fantastic location right on the beach, and also easy walking distance to great shops and restaurants, and of course the amazing bakery. We rented a car and found driving really easy - explored this lovely island each day and then came back and chilled on the beach by the condo. Such a relaxing holiday and the condo was perfect. And Virginia was super responsive whenever we had a question. We will be back!

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this townhouse near Orient Beach! Check-in was seamless and stress-free, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming throughout my trip. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short stroll to the beach and walking distance to a variety of great restaurants. The townhouse itself had a calm, peaceful vibe that made it easy to unwind and feel at home. Everything was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene stay close to all the best parts of St. Martin!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful place for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and located within a gated community, which made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved the large balcony where we enjoyed breakfast each morning while taking in the breathtaking views of Indigo Bay. Leanne and her team were very responsive and helpful, making everything from check-in to check-out seamless. We enjoyed the Indigo Bay beach club (walking distance or a very short car ride away) - beautiful beach and delicious food. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

My best place to stay in Saint-Martin on 4 homes visited. Emma is great, the place is clean, beautiful, suitable, modern and equipped. Pretty balcony with views of the pool, the mountain and further on the Ilet Pinel. Secure subdivision, parking space in front of the apartment, very nice residence pool. Warm welcome, super flexible and welcoming host. Wifi, amenities, welcome kit: top Cul de sac neighborhood is super close to Grand Case airport (by car) RAS Congratulations on this Emma home 😉👍🏾

We loved at our stay and would definitely book it again if we are back at St. Martin. Aurelie responded to all my questions within minutes. The apartment was very, very clean, beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, the view to the ocean from the balcony was a favorite. Having breakfast in the balcony while hearing the ocean created nice memories for us. The area seems very safe with nice restaurants within a short walk and even a small grocery store near by. We enjoyed the short two-minute walk to the beach. Nothing but great things to say about this place!

Beautiful place, right on the ocean and walkable to several excellent restaurants and coffee shops. The beach was beautiful, the condo was beautiful and equipped with basic kitchen necessities for cooking, making coffee, etc. Air conditioning was helpful because it was 80 degrees while we were there. Parking was easy and safe. The car rental company that Pierre recommended was fantastic. Highly recommend Banana Location car rental. Excellent place to stay!

We spent three amazing days in this beautiful Airbnb! As soon as we arrived, we were amazed by the view of the beach and planes landing. The view is just spectacular. The condo was exactly as pictured, and we really didn’t have any issues during our stay. The condo has a beautiful view of Simpson Bay Beach. The balcony is very large, and we spent a lot of time hanging out there while we were at the unit. Every detail is thoughtfully thought out, making the place special. The pool was perfect for relaxing and the view from the terrace is so beautiful. Perfect for viewing arriving and departing aircraft. It was worth the money spent. It was close to everything including the airport and within walking distance to Maho Beach and the casino and restaurants. We look forward to staying again! I would recommend to anyone who needs a spacious home with great views and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you, Wei and Fritz.

The location was amazing. The accommodation had a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom... including coffee, spices, creamers, hair products and everything you would have at home. I will definitely stay here again!
