Villa holiday rentals in Saint Mary

I wanted to stay somewhere that was walking distance to the amenities of Jolly Harbour (without having to hire a car/golf cart) and Anita’s place offered just that. In addition, my friend and I visited a number of beaches during our stay, but the one that is right on the doorstep was actually our favourite. There were a couple of things not working (eg one of the TVs) but this was all clearly explained from the start and did not negatively impact the stay. Communication was also excellent between Anita and Ulrike. I would definitely look to stay at Anita’s property again if it was available next time I visit beautiful Antigua.

I recently stayed at this lovely Airbnb in Antigua, and I can genuinely say it added so much comfort and peace to my island experience. The property was exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, and full of island charm. From the moment I arrived, everything felt seamless. The host was warm, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The location was perfect—close to beautiful beaches, local food spots, and attractions. I especially appreciated the quiet surroundings in the evenings; I could actually hear the ocean breeze and tree frogs at night—pure magic. The space was well-equipped with all the essentials, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a kitchen that made it easy to cook when I didn’t feel like eating out. It truly felt like a home away from home. If you’re planning a trip to Antigua and want a peaceful, comfortable, and authentically local stay, I highly recommend booking here. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful week at sunshine villa. Perfect, beautiful location next to the beach but within the harbour. The villa was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and there was always someone on message if you had any questions. Would stay again.

Gloria was quick to respond and reached out multiple times to check in on us. The air b and b is exactly as pictured. Jolly beach is less than a five minute walk from 225A and it’s about a 7 minute walk to the pool. Can’t wait to come back to Antigua and stay at Gloria’s place again!

This was our second stay at Starfish House and we fully intend to be back, we just love it so much! So what do we love about it? For one, you get this elevated, million-dollar view of the entire coastline, fleets of sailboats anchored offshore, and a veritable landscape painting’s worth of layered mountains and turquoise blue waters. It’s absolutely incredible. And the only tradeoff is the beach is about a 10 minute walk. But that leads to the next thing we love here: you’re within quick walking distance to 3 of the best beaches on the island (Ffryes, Valley Church, and Darkwood). They all have slightly different character/vibes and it’s fun to rotate beaches based on your mood or your plans for the day. Whereas if you stay at a hotel right on the beach, not only do you lose the view, but you tend to stay at the same beach all week. We also love having the extra space and a fully working kitchen on-hand. This place is awesome! Oh, and Jamie’s been so great to us!! Thanks Jamie!!

Dan's place felt like a home away from home. Thoughtfully designed in the most comfortable and peaceful setting. Dan and his property manager Joy, are friendly responsive and a total joy to engage with.

What a wonderful stay we had at Nadia's villa! It was very clean, well appointed, spacious and updated throughout. The outside sitting/dining areas were very comfortable and the pool was a great place to cool off. Communication was easy and prompt. We've traveled all over the islands and experienced many different accommodations. I highly recommend this villa.

This was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in! The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, like fresh towels and toiletries provided. We had a very enjoyable stay at the villa in Jolly Harbour. The villa was spacious and clean. The beautiful Jolly Beach was just a few minutes' walk or golf cart ride away and it was one of the nicest beaches on the island. The Jolly Harbour area has restaurants and a supermarket amongst other shops and amenities. We had a couple of minor issue during our stay but Jovanna was responsive and helpful throughout. One feedback is that we would have liked a grill on the deck to enjoy that space a bit more in the evenings.

We had a great family stay here by Jolly Harbor. The beach was lovely, calm waves and close enough that we walked there often for a nice day. Supermarket was well stocked and had great options for us. Nearby restaurants were also great. The pool and deck area seemed new and in excellent shape. The house was comfortable, clean and well supplied. For those that like the nightlife, there are some nice bars just around the corner that stay open late with great music and karaoke.

Villa Tyler was a delivery and we enjoyed staying there every single. Regrets 10 days just passed by fast, wanted more days. Will stay there again. Highly recommended.

Stacey was very responsive. That is a huge plus especially when we are tired from traveling and not familiar with the island. Her partner was there to greet us and he provided a tour. We had decided to rent a golf cart and it was at the property waiting for us when we arrived. There was a small issue and Stacey had someone come take care of us immediately. The property is picturesque, close to the beach and very comfortable. There is also a small grocery within walking distance which provided what we needed to be able to eat in. The tv was set up with a Firestick and ready for use. Nice little surprise. Overall was a wonderful stay! Would recommend to anyone.

Great location, near a beautiful beach (our favourite so far!!) and direct access to the water for my SUP!! The house had beautiful views from the balcony and patio. It was spacious, had everything you need to cook and has washer/dryer facilities. Air con worked well. Added bonus was UK plug adapters as we forgot ours!! You will definitely need a car or golf cart to get around. The supermarket in the complex is the best we have found so far and the only place that seems to sell fresh milk. El Porto was reasonably priced, food was good and there was live music on Monday.

Brilliant villa wonderful location just a few minutes from wonderful beach with great bar/restaurant. Longer walk to supermarket and restaurants but enjoyable walk and much needed after tooo much relaxation. Would definitely book again if we decided to return to Antigua for 6th time!! Extremely enjoyable holiday with lovely people - what more could you ask for.

The private deck and garden are outstanding. There is a wide variety of exotic plants and visiting animals, including hummingbirds, lizards, and snails. The villa overlooks a beautiful harbour and hillls. The location is excellent - 5 minute walk to Jolly Beach, 8 minute walk to a well-stocked supermarket (Epicurean), good access to restaurants, bars, water sports, tour agents and transport. The villa is in a neighbourhood of similar villas facing the harbour. We felt quite private and secure. Chris and Katie were very responsive, provided helpful and structured information and were very flexible, including in respect of late check-out.

Our stay was excellent. We ended up having to stay a little longer than intended, but we got lots of great help from host to accommodate us. Very happy with this stay. Thank you.

We really liked this place. It was both close to the facilities around Jolly Harbour, but away from the main shops and houses, which may it feel really private. The sun terrace and pool were great spaces to hang out in as the evening set in and the front room was spacious and relaxing after dark. Each bedroom has a really nice en suite facility and large shower and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Walter came to see us a couple of times and was very friendly. There is currently some construction going on futher down the hill. Most of the time it was pretty quiet, but only a couple of times was there a little more noise. Walter couldn't apologise enough and even gave us a bottle of wine, which was very nice of him! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Excellent location, close to the beach, great restaurants nearby - highly recommend this spot for a stay in Antigua. Jolly Harbor was our favorite spot in Antigua and is a great home base for anyone's visit. Kevin was a great host, very responsive and helpful getting us checked-in.
