Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

The Nook

A compact, cosy self contained 1 bedroom chalet 50 yards from the cliffs. 104 yards from the beach and the legendary Porth Island, where locals and tourist gather with cameras to capture that perfect sunset. This location really is as good as it gets! Guests can also borrow the Kayak’s for an evening paddle round the island. Great for couples and small families ideal too for mid-season walking holidays and cosy winter breaks.

Rural Retreat outside Mawgan Porth

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.

Garden Lodge, St Mawgan between Padstow & Newquay

The Garden Lodge is situated in the grounds of Mourton House, in the Cornish countryside village of St Mawgan. The lodge has recently been updated with a new kitchen and bathroom. It is located in a beautiful tranquil position a 2 mile well worn wooded footpath takes about 35 minutes to walk to Mawgan Porth beach. The delightful harbour town of Padstow is 8.4 miles distance, with its quaint shops a plenty of places to eat. Newquay is 6.2 miles from the Lodge.
