Cottage holiday rentals in Saint-Médard-sur-Ille

We had a wonderful family stay at the property. A beautiful peaceful setting. We loved the wood burning hot hub and the pizza oven. Gym was great, and games/family chill room was perfect for kids to have their own space seperate from the main living/dining area inside. Jack and Richard on hand and very responsive. Richard even popped over right away with fire lighters on night one when the previous guests had left an empty box which was very helpful.

Cosy et coquet cottage dans le bocage virois, très tranquille et très bien équipé. Avons adoré et beaucoup profité de la spacieuse serre de détente et loisirs, parfaite pour un weekend sous météo normande ! Mark et Caroline, merci encore ! On reviendra certainement, en attendant, on recommande sans hésitation.

Deuxième séjour dans ce fabuleux gîte. Prestation de haute qualité, beaucoup de confort. Nous reviendrons prochainement ;-).

le logement est top proche de tout en moins de 30 minutes les hôtes sont accueillants disponibles bienveillant. je recommande fortement encore plus si vous avez un animal

Nicky was a very flexible and accommodating host. Nothing was too much trouble. She provided a lovely welcome pack to get you started after a long trip. During our stay was very helpful with local knowledge, even helping with my French 😊 Couldn’t have asked for a better break away for peace and quiet in a tranquil location with fantastic views. We will miss our lovely walks down the lane. Will definitely return. A perfect little gem. Thank you.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Caroline. Le lieu est paisible et reposant, avec un joli jardin très agréable. Le bain nordique a été un vrai petit plus qui nous a fait très plaisir ! Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les attentions et la gentillesse de Caroline tout au long de notre séjour. Le lit était très confortable, parfait pour bien se reposer. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de Dinan, entre campagne, calme et proximité des grandes villes. Une belle parenthèse que l’on recommande chaleureusement !

Le weekend prolongé a été magique, les hôtes sont accueillants, sympathiques et à l'écoute. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner copieux, le cadre apaisant et les recommandations de trajet et sorties de Sophie inscrites un book très clair. Les informations sont utiles et nous font gagner un temps précieux. Le mari de Sophie est également aux petits soins et à pris en compte toutes nos demandes. Il veille quotidiennement au bon fonctionnement du spa. Nous avons loué le loft avec spa et ça restera un séjour mémorable. Foncez, vous ne le regretterez pas :)

Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour, la maison est confortable et joliment décorée. L'endroit est tres calme et propice au balade. Nous étions une famille de 5 plus un chien et c'était parfaitement adapté.

Staying at Francois’ cottage was peaceful and quiet. The cottage is just as it appears in the photos— it’s spacious, clean and functional and serene. The property is beautiful. Although you have another cottage set on the other side, it doesn’t detract from your sense of privacy. It feels like you’re a thousand miles apart. I wouldn’t advise this cottage, however, for anyone who is handicapped, very elderly, or who has toddlers because of the stairs. Other than that, you will be very pleased with your time there.

Nous avons passé un très bon weekend dans un logement adapté pour des retrouvailles entre amis. Un lieu magnifique rempli d'histoire dans un écrin de verdure. Anne et Alfred sont très chaleureux et très arrangeant en nous permettant un départ sans stress avec les enfants

Gîte avec un environnement magnifique, paisiblement calme, vue sur le mont saint-michel c'est le top ça, beaucoup de balades a pied ou en voiture idéal si vous avez un compagnon a quatres pattes. Nous vous recommandons le château de chantore et la plage de Dragey-Ronthon. Merci a Virginie et Michel de leur accueil et de leur conseils. Des propriétaires au top. À bientôt.

Un séjour merveilleux dans cet endroit si charmant et bucolique, pour un moment en famille dans cette baie magnifique. Il est devenu si rare de rencontrer une hôte comme Dominique, aussi généreuse et attentionnée. Ce serait dommage de ne pas profiter de tant bienveillance et de bonté. Alors, foncez !

This place exceeded our expectations in so many ways that there are likely an insufficient number of characters to capture it. Sandra’s home and the surrounding area were more than welcoming. Having the ability to see Mont St Michel from the property during different times of day and weather conditions was amazing. There are lush fields to gaze over. We were fortunate enough to experience a sheep parade, not once but twice as they traveled down the narrow town road to pasture. The restaurant, literally a stone’s throw away, had food that was unbelievably good (as was the cider) and we easily could have eaten there every day. We saw goats on the walking trail that looks to loop around a significant radius, all with a view of Mont St Michel. The home was quaint and comfortable. Sandra was a joy to work with. We literally couldn’t ask for anything more. As I said, there are insufficient characters and you probably have better things to do (such as booking this place) than read any mor

Notre troisième fois chez Farida et Gérard et toujours un grand plaisir de retrouver la petite maison ! Nous nous y sentons toujours aussi bien avec un excellent accueil et tout ce qu'il faut pour passer des belles vacances, nous reviendrons une quatrième fois, c'est certain !

Un petit coin de paradis paisible, hôtes très accueillants et aimable, maison très confortable un petit cocooning.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb sehr gut gefallen! Die Einrichtung ist toll und man fühlt sich gleich wie zuhause. Es war auch toll, dass es einen Hochstuhl und ein Babybett gab, sowie Spielzeug. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Lage war perfekt um ruhig zu wohnen und trotzdem in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto in einer belebteren Umgebung zu sein. Ich gebe dem Aufenthalt außerdem 5 Sterne, weil Lilli und Edouard hervorragend in der Kommunikation waren und außerdem ihre Empfehlungen (vor allem das Restaurant Comete!!) super waren. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Das Einzige, was man wissen sollte, wenn man mit Baby kommt und auf der ersten Etage schläft: Das Bett und die Tür quietschen sehr, aber solange das Baby das nicht stört beim schlafen, ist das kein Problem! An sich war alles perfekt und wie beschrieben! Vielen Dank 😍

wat een heerlijk huis, gezellige kamer en keuken, ruime slaapkamers, veel opberg mogelijkheden. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig en goed bruikbaar. Privacy. Een geweldig mooie tuin, goed onderhouden en een prachtig uitzicht. Het zwembad was heerlijk, goed van temperatuur dus ook bij minder weer te gebruiken. Taco is een super host. vriendelijk, en onzichtbaar aanwezig om het zwembad schoon te maken en de afvalzakken weg te halen. goede communicatie. De bezienswaardigheden en stadjes zijn bereikbaar met de auto. Wel wat km rijden. Wij hebben een enorm fijn en relaxed verblijf gehad. Taco, heel erg bedankt!

Très bien accueilli par Fabien et Zoé, je garderai un bon souvenir de cet endroit calme, paisible, parfait pour un travailleur de passage où un voyageur en recherche de calme. Et le jus de pomme était délicieux ! Encore merci à vous !

Un immense bravo et merci Isabelle et Tony ! Nous sommes venus en famille découvrir la région, visiter le Mont St Michel, ses alentours normands et découvrir la Bretagne toute proche. La maison d’Hortense est superbe, arrangée avec goût, très propre et avec une cuisine très bien équipée et une salle de bain impeccable. La pièce à vivre est ultra agréable et lumineuse, avec une vue campagnarde très apaisante avec au loin le Mont qu’on distingue par beau temps et les trois chambres au rdc sont très jolies avec une très bonne literie. La communication avec Isabelle a été tout de suite très chaleureuse, à la fois précise et simple, avec des recommandations précieuses pour rendre notre séjour ultra agréable. Foncez-y, vous ne serez pas déçus et vous passerez des vacances superbes et ressourçantes !

Thank you so much to Dominique and Brigitte - we had the most amazing holiday. This property is absolutely amazing - easily the best Air B & B experience we’ve ever had, and even more beautiful than the photos. Would highly recommend this place to anyone with young children, who want a peaceful, private location but easy access to lovely towns/ beaches. We’d love to come back one day!
