Le Petit Saint-Joseph, is 3 and a half, old-fashioned style, on the 2nd floor, with a closed bedroom and possibility of sleeping two other people on a sofa bed in the living room. Equipped kitchen (oven-mini fridge), renovated bathroom, terrace that allows you to get fresh air and view of the lake and its ducks. Located in the center of the village of Saint-Alexis-des-Monts, close to services and activities, fishing, forest walks, etc. Note: second floor there is a staircase to climb.

Close to grocery store and convenience store. Access to the gazebo on my property during the summer. Parking included. For nature lovers, nearby hiking trails, access to the village lake for boats and Mastigouche Reserve 20 km away. Ideal for a couple passing through for a short trip.
