Situé à 15 min à pied du centre de Valence, 10 min en voiture des autoroutes Nord et Sud de Valence et 20min à pied de la gare de Valence ville. Bien desservi au niveau des bus. Ballades possibles: Via Rhôna, Chateau de Crussol, Grottes de Soyons, Gorge de l'Ardèche, parc jouvet avec manifestations diverses...

Welcome! 👋 🌸 Sweety stone house on 2 levels; with 1 garden and 2 sunny and equipped terraces. The house is located in the countryside, at the foot of the protected Crussol massif. You will undoubtedly appreciate the hiking/mountain biking trails, climbing site, guided walks departing from the castle... all within walking distance. The house also proves to be a good base for discovering our vineyards (3 AOC St Peray, Cornas, St Joseph) and our culinary specialties!
