Management is done by a third party. But very responsive. Everything went well. Accommodation to recommend for families and friends with children. The garden and the jacuzzi are a real plus.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very comfortable and very well-equipped. The trampoline, games, books, and comics delighted our daughter. Despite average weather, we were able to enjoy the garden, hot tub and hammam. The house is also located a stone's throw from the lively heart of Saint-Pair sur Mer with all its shops and three steps from the sea. We'll be back with pleasure in this nice house. Great place to stay to visit north and west Brittany. Within 30 mins of the coast, the Rance river, St Malo, Dinan and Mont Saint Michel. The local village also has a bakery and small supermarket. The accommodation had everything we needed for self catering and the pool was very nice to use on the warmer days. We enjoyed visiting the animals (hens, donkey and sheep) in the evenings too with our little one. Typhaine was a very helpful host with great local recommendations.

Very pleasant stay, the accommodation is very well located for quick access to several very beautiful sites. The accommodation is very practical, well furnished and comfortable. The hot tub is a real plus.

We had a great time with the family. Stephan welcomed us very warmly with a great island meal. Very large, and spacious accommodation, it offers a lot of activities, billiards / foosball / barbecue..... The jaccouzi is a big plus. I highly recommend!!:)

Our time at Laurence's house was fantastic. The reception was warm, the house is beautiful and very cozy. The small conservatory makes it perfect for any weather. Everything you need is available in the house itself. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Our two dogs also felt very comfortable and were warmly welcomed. The house is in a very quiet location, the surroundings are wonderful. St. Malo, Dinard, Dinan, etc. are easy to reach in a very short time. We'd love to come back. Marina & Anne

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a bit of conversation with ease. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful moor. The coast is amazing! Finally, the swimming pool, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a slightly sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). Christiane’s place was absolutely beautiful. The view of Mont Saint Michel was stunning. The house was very clean, spacious, and had everything we were looking for. She even had bikes that we were able to use! She is very responsive and was so gracious to accommodate our request for a late check out. I highly recommend Christiane’s house and I can’t wait to stay again next time we visit.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well-appointed studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence that overlooks the beach with its direct access, great! Ideal location for the various walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the original owner of the city gave us valuable information to improve our stay, in addition, a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

Fabienne is a friendly and helpful hostess. The check-in and check-out could be varied without any problems. Fabienne is discreet and yet always available. We felt very comfortable in your modern renovated, quiet house. There is everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A highlight is the beautiful garden and the proximity to Saint-Malo. A perfect starting point for excursions by bike in the beautiful surroundings. Those who love peace and quiet and proximity to nature are very well accommodated here. The beautiful small towns and beaches by the sea can be reached quickly by bike or car. The house is much nicer than the photos show. Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. the comfortable and convenient apartment is very well equipped. it is in a well kept residence. We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

The stay with Patrick and Laure was wonderful. Warm and welcoming contact. The garden is beautiful, the cottage tasteful and cozy. We love to cook, and you are well provided for here. It's wonderfully quiet. All towns, beaches and attractions are about 30-60 minutes' drive away.

We had a great time! The sea view is beautiful, and the balcony to enjoy it is very nice. The accommodation is nice, clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped. It is ideally located: the beach, shops, hiking departures... everything is within walking distance. Thanks again to Luc for his welcome, we treasure the address hoping to be able to come back!

Perfect stay, the rental was as pictured and described, idyllic setting, nearby trade and Evran is a few dozen minutes from Dinan, Dinard, St Malo…. Very responsive hosts we had forgotten our high chair for the baby and some time after we had it. I really recommend this rental and we will not hesitate to invite our friends to stop by Christophe and Virginia's. 👍👍👍

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge
