Incredible villa in an amazing location walkable to beautiful Gibbes Bay and Mullins Beach. Plenty of space for three generations of our family to celebrate a big birthday. The gardens are mature and so lovely. We saw monkeys and humming birds regularly from the deck. Clean and tidy, we wanted for nothing. The pool was delightful and very well maintained. Communication with Sarah was absolutely brilliant, and her recommendations top drawer! Can’t fault our stay at all- I sincerely hope we will be back again soon, thank you. *****

A rare find in a quiet oasis . Just the perfect quiet family get away - right next to a small beach and the Fishpot for a bit of luxury if you can tear yourself away from the beautiful terrace . Andrea was a true godsend keeping the house spotless for us . Would highly recommend

From the moment we arrived at Mullins Beach Houses, we knew our stay in Barbados was going to be amazing! Our party consisted of 9 guests and we had exclusive use of the whole property; recently refurbished, we were immediately impressed. The property provided our family with plenty of space for celebrating both Christmas and New Year; with the building being separated into 3 apartments, it was also possible to have privacy if needed. The 3 children of the group loved playing in the moderately sized swimming pool and the patio area was plenty big enough to accommodate sunbeds for us all and more. The beach, various bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance; public transport was also very efficient. A big shout out to Kalista, Steve and Liese, the property hosts, who went above and beyond; all very accommodating to our needs. Based on our experience, you won't be disappointed with Mullins Beach Houses; it's a fantastic place, without question we'd book another stay.

This house is incredible, if you find it available don't hesitate to book! My husband and I adored this peaceful and safe neighborhood just across the street from beautiful Heywoods beach. We spent every sunset there with a beer in hand. The house is perfect, completely comfortable, full of thoughful little amenities to make any stay great. Shari is so helpful and the concierge service is great for organising any trips, excursions, taxis, etc. We only slept in the Master but the bed was amazingly comfortable and I had a great sleep every night - the house has great energy, I don't know how else to put it but it's a special place. Walking distance as well to Speightstown so we had many great lunches and dinners there strolling back and forth from the house. I was devastated to leave after 3 perfect weeks. In summary, the most wonderful stay and already planning our return next year. Thank you Shari for sharing your home and for caring so much for your guests.

We were a family of 6, (3 generations) and the property is set up for privacy. With 3 bathrooms it made for an easy time to all get ready. The pool was lovely and the walk to the sea was an easy walk. It was very entertaining watching the monkey's eat from the mango trees in the mornings. Nice to have clothslines to hang wet towels and swimsuits on. I felt like we were guests in a Barbadian home, very authentic. It was conveniently located. The information sheet we received from the host Charlie before we arrived was very informative. We couldn't find a key to a gate and she responded within minutes. We hated to leave.

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this lovely four-bed townhouse in Mullins while attending a family wedding at the Sea Shed. With eight adults in our group, the accommodation was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for a group of our size. Beatrice, the housekeeper, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal for the beach —just a short walk - and we really appreciated the access to the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club. The free sun loungers were a real bonus, and we enjoyed several nice lunches there. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this townhouse for anyone looking to stay in the Mullins area. It’s a great base for a relaxed and enjoyable holiday in Barbados.

House is as described. We loved staying in this lovely home located in a very quiet, safe and friendly residential area and in walking distance to beaches as well as local markets, stores, restaurants, beach bars and local transportation. Communication with both our host, Cindy, and her property manager, Shawn, was excellent! Highly recommend staying here.

Had a wonderful stay. Was the 1st time this far up the West Coast but it was everything we wanted. Peaceful and quiet but within easy reach of the local buses and a nice walk into Speightstown. We loved seeing the monkeys making their morning trips across the back garden, along with parakeets and even a mongoose! Having the local food van visit us daily was great and we all enjoyed the local food especially the Mac pie!! Fabulous stay

Gil was a great host, clear and proactive on instructions into the gated community. House was clean and location close to our favourite spots on the island. Sea shed and local & co. Perfect for our week away. We will be returning.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It felt very spacious and comfortable with a lovely deck overlooking the beautiful garden and pool. The house keeper and gardener were very friendly and helpful. We loved being within such close walking distance of Gibbes beach, which was a very manageable few minute stroll with a baby and toddler.

We were very lucky to spend a whole month in the house and didn’t want to leave! On arrival we were warmly greeted and immediately felt at home and relaxed. Inside, the house is spacious accommodating 4 adults comfortably. There are choices for outside living, either out on the front veranda or where we enjoyed most of our time in the well lit partially covered back yard, eating, drinking and playing dominoes until late! The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare family meals during our stay. The washing machine was a real bonus, especially with the large back yard covered drying area. The location in Speightstown is perfect for walkable access to all the local beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and Island bus routes. We felt very well connected at the heart of the community in a friendly neighbourhood where everyone says “Hello” and has time for a chat! We will definitely be booking again and can’t wait to come back to stay.

The stay at Melissa’s home was amazing and completely faultless! the property itself was really spacious, it felt bigger than the pictures and was plenty big enough for us as 6 adults! It had all the amenities you need with towels provided, shampoo & conditioner and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking in as well as a spacious laundry room. The area was great with access to the gym and seperate pool areas, the only issue was needing a key to get into the pool and beach and people wanting to do different thing however Melissa was an amazing quick and really accommodating host and provided us a 2nd key which we are really grateful for. The area was super easy to get around, you can walk into speightstown fine in around 20 mins either along the beach or down the road and there are 2 supermarkets there and a few restaurants, it was also really easy to get around with a bus stop right outside! thank you to our hosts who were so lovely and accommodating, we would definitely stay again!

Geoffrey and Susan were possibly the nicest hosts I have ever had the pleasure to meet. The place was more than we hoped for, well equipped, clean and just the most perfect tranquil setting . The house and gardens are a small piece of paradise. Geoffrey and Susan were on site and super helpful before and during our stay. Would recommend to hire a car if staying here and want to explore the island. Having said that Plenty to do locally and having the Fish Pot restaurant and beach just 20 meters from the house was just the cherry on the top to make our stay 100% perfect. Can’t recommend highly enough

As we had stayed in Vuemont before we knew the location. The villa was clean and comfortable, but a few scatter cushion would have been helpful. Great deck, very breezy and shady, which is great, but only 2 lounging chairs, not a problem for us. It is probably the best Villa we have stayed in. The house manager was very responsive and the cleaner was very thorough and on time. The kitchen was fully equipped for all our needs, we self cater nearly all our meals. The local supermarkets have all you need at reasonable prices (for Barbados!). There was a brand new dishwasher, which is rare in Barbados and we looked after it, by adding salt and a little rinse aid, but rinse aid is hard to come by in Barbados, so you might want to bring some with you. Remember the water is 'hard' so needs all the help it can get! You will need a car but some of the best beaches are only a 5 minute drive down the hills. Will be returning to have our winter sunshine fix.

Kirk was an amazing host. He was very responsive and also went out of his way to assist us when we accidentally locked the key inside. The house is nice and spacious but you will need a car to get around however I definitely recommend.
