Very friendly and warm welcome. We enjoyed sitting with both of them, smoking a cigar and drinking wine. Everything was as described. We felt no impairment from the shared opposite terrace. The sleeping area and the bathroom are in the basement and are cool even in warm weather. The toilet is upstairs next to the open kitchen.

Super suitable accommodation for a family with children. The swimming pool, playground and beach next door, not to mention the bikes and petanque court, are made for a good stay.

Isabelle's place is warm, ideal for a family. The setting is enchanting and conducive to exploration. Thank you very much for these 2 weeks.

Cottage at the conquest ideally located facing the sea, to discover the region, particularly neat and very nice decoration while being functional which allows you to feel "at home"! Excellent stay in this beautiful house with perfect amenities and impeccably clean. We loved the location which allowed us to start many walking tours to beautiful scenery. 2 beaches nearby. Walking town center with bakery and supermarket. Extremely responsive and accommodating host ( especially for our arrival). Thank you Lucile for a very successful family stay. Les Koumouls is an architecturally exceptionally tastefully designed house surrounded by beautiful nature. Even sleeping becomes an experience. Through the panoramic window in the gable, the posterior sky can be observed wonderfully from the bed. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We had a lovely stay in Brest in a beautiful home even better in person than in the photos. Quiet with everything available. Beautiful terrace with hot tub and sun! Everything is available and bakery nearby. I would recommend this place without so much as a second thought.

This is a beautiful house with a great host. She gave us precise directions on finding the house and was there to greet us and show us around the house. She was very responsive to questions. It is in a beautiful part of Brittany and we appreciated the opportunity to stay there

Perfect location with a beautiful sea view! Very quiet area Small downside on the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation: very dirty kitchen, especially the oven and the coffee maker, but also the very greasy worktop Broken garden furniture and uncut lawn on our arrival.

We stayed 2 nights at Clément's with our baby. We felt great there. The house is located 2 steps from the sea, it is very well equipped and faithful to the ad. We'll be happy to go back!

The location is superb, great for walking and beaches. Some really nice local restaurants. The apartment was good, on the small side, it’s attached to a larger property. So some shared facilities, garden, drive and garage. We were fortunate that the larger property was nt let. Not sure how it would have felt if that had been occupied. All in all a fantastic location and the apartment is as advertised. Many thanks.

Sylvette's place was nicer than the pictures showed. The beds, bedding and the furniture were all very comfortable. The space itself was an oasis. The sauna, the hot tub, the peaceful surroundings, the beach all contributed to a great stay. The kitchen is a dream, appointed beyond expectations. The attention to details in the decor is a pleasure for the eyes. The beach is easily accessible by a short walk. There are restaurants, grocery stores and other shops a short drive away. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or to recommend to anyone.
