The apartment is in a very good location in Saint Pierre in the very popular "fishing district" of Terre Sainte, a 10-min walk to the city center of Saint Pierre and its lagoon. It is located on the main street of Terre Sainte surrounded by many shops, bars, restaurants. It is a 3-minute walk to the Terre Sainte beach "La Petite Plage". The neighborhood is typical with many alleys to discover, as well as its street art which is very present... The apartment is fully equipped.

It is a great accommodation, very well located, it has a nice decor, spacious, clean, tidy, furnished! You feel really good there! The view by level (human activity with the road and its traffic, the small park, then the sea in the background) is too nice, and made me spend hours on the balcony contemplating. Accommodation close to everything, secure. For me, it's flawless. Go there with confidence!

Karine and Hugues were remarkable hosts: available, responsive, accommodating on schedules and very friendly. The accommodation is absolutely perfect, it looks like a hotel room with a small kitchen as a bonus. Comfortable bedding, laundry and soaps available, everything is very clean. I thought I was at a hotel. In addition, the residence is very quiet which is very nice to enjoy the large balcony and the parking space is a real plus. A real pleasure, looking forward to coming back next year!

Ericka and her family are fantastic hosts. The apartment corresponded completely to the description and photos, was very clean and the furnishings complete. You have a few minutes walk to the beach and the busier part of the city (about 10-15 minutes), but it is quiet and safe. Shopping is within walking distance, the bus station is around the corner and there is a private parking space in the complex. Above all, Ericka took excellent care of it. She was always available and gave me tips on how to behave when a cyclone was chasing the island. I did telework for two weeks of my stay and Ericka had even offered to put a desk in the apartment. I have rarely had such a friendly and accommodating host on Airbnb. I recommend the apartment without exception!

Wonderful, kind couple. Offered to give a lift to the bus station, flexible on checkout, great location, amazing vibes. The café just downstairs is a real plus (great milles feuilles) and ideal for access to the front de mer. Will book every year!!!
