Perfect, fabulous view

had a great stay with Giovanni! perfect as described and as in the photos, literally EVERYTHING is present in the house. Even for our 1.5 year old daughter (high chair, bed, crockery,...) The heated pool and jacuzzi were really a hit for us and the kids of 1.5 and 5 ! Super friendly host, pleasant welcome and very nice attention on arrival and even on departure ! We have never experienced this before wow. I recommend this stay to everyone and we will definitely come back :) once again a big thank you Giovanni for your hospitality

Sophie's house has a crazy charm and exactly matches the photos. A superb Belle Epoque villa with a Mediterranean garden rich in local plants offered in pretty pots with a personalized touch. The sea view from the bedrooms on the 1st floor and from the spacious terrace on the ground floor are a pure feast. We had an endless pleasure in this sublime region that we know well. Highly recommend!

Chrystel’s beautiful villa is exceptional, the interior is spacious and decorated to an incredibly high standard and the kitchen stocked absolutely everything we needed….we literally wanted for nothing! The bathrooms are beautifully designed with enough beauty products to use throughout our entire trip. Chrystel had kindly agreed to us having an early check-in and we arrived to a gorgeous bouquet of fresh peonies, fresh fruit and a fridge full of juices, wine and beer as well as a gift bag of locally sourced goodies which was very much appreciated. The stunning surrounding gardens are out of this world, we all loved the pool and chill-out areas and made good use of the outdoor dining area and pétanque court. The six bikes absolutely made our trip as we could cycle in to the Old Town together most days and explore the local area. Chrystel has thought of everything to ensure a perfect stay at her wonderful villa and we were all so sad to leave, merci pour tout Chrystel ❤️

The place: situated on a hill some 30 mins away from Nice the house offers a great base to explore the Riviera. It is home away from home- the kitchen was fully equipped so we could comfortably prepare own meals: oven, microwave, dishwasher water boiler, milk frother and a Nespresso machine top the experience. The place has no A/C but ceiling ventilators make up for that. It is situated on two floors with staircase that has a safety door so no problems if you come with small kids like we did. The house is perfect for a long stay as it has a washer and a dryer, fast internet, a big screen smart TV situated in its own TV room with a huge coach that can host your entire family for movie nights. There is a BBQ in the yard and some 4 dining tables to choose from: 3 outdoors and 1 indoors. The bedrooms were comfortable with enough storage space for your clothes, linen bedding and bathroom facilities to all bedrooms. Swimming pool maintained by the host twice per week was greatly appreciated

Great place for children, adults and grandparents that can be placed in a separate little house😉 The pool was heated and lovely to bathe even in the month of April. Great to have lunch under the olive tree and dinner at the long table with barbecue and views🙌 Definitely recommended.

We had a lovely time at Arthur’s place. He’s very responsive and the views and the pool were outstanding. There are several homes being built here, so there is a fair amount of construction noise during the day, but the weekend was quiet, as were the evenings. The AC worked great in the bedrooms, but there is no AC in the rest of the house, so it can get quite hot. There are a LOT of mosquitoes here (I’m allergic), and there are no screens on any of the doors or windows, so we really couldn’t enjoy the outside in the evenings. It was nice to have a washer dryer in the house, and it’s a short (steep) walk to the beach. The amenities could be improved upon for the price of the house, but we still highly recommend this place.

Relaxing and very enjoyable stay! Edouard is a great host, he is responsive and helpful. The property is beautiful and is very close to various beaches. The property lends it self to alfresco dinning and relaxing in its garden/pool. Thank you for a lovely stay. Luke

First stay in this lovely villa. We’ve been coming to this area for our August holidays for the past 8 years so know the area well. Now as the family are a bit older, this villa was the perfect upgrade, not to mention the great little pool which our children loved and spent every hour of every day in. Jeroen was always on hand and available to answer any questions we had. We look forward to returning next year!

A stylish home being made better all the time. A lovely house with a huge garden area that always had sun or shade. And a proper big bed - essential! Communication was very easy. Located only 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Vence. A good choice.

Chloe is super friendly and very good to reach. The property is well fenced so our dog could run free. Unfortunately, the pool in mid-September at 21 degrees was too cold for us at outside temperatures of 23-28 degrees. We were asked on day 1 and 2 by the tenant of the lower apartment to be quieter than we played in the pool with our 1-year-old daughter. The lady's bedroom is next to the pool. I don't know why you should be quiet at 4 at noon. Unfortunately, we heard the lady's TV very clearly in our apartment in the evening. The terrace often smells like cigarette smoke. But otherwise everything was great and to our full satisfaction. We didn't complain to Chloe. Thank you Chloe for a very nice holiday in the top equipped house! 😀

Our stay at Villa les Romarines was great. The photos match what you find. The kitchen is well equipped, almost like at home. Spices and oil were also in stock, as well as 2 dish towels. The room and bed layout was optimal for us: in the basement 6 sleeping accommodations and a bathroom with shower, on the ground floor 2 sleeping accommodations with adjoining private bathroom and on the upper floor 4 sleeping accommodations and a bathroom with bathtub. The water came everywhere with really good pressure. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean and ready to use. The freezer and the ice cube machine were also in use around the clock. We were happy to use the air conditioners when it was 40 degrees outside. They were very quiet and did not disturb at night. The pool was always clean, the chlorine content was very pleasant and the temperature was so warm that the children never voluntarily got out. Stéphanie was easy to reach and had tips when we needed a doctor. We are thinking about when we will come next time!

We had a very pleasant stay in Caroline's vacation home in Le Plan de La Tour! The location is beautiful, private and quiet - perfect for switching off and enjoying the surroundings - a little "remote" from Saint Tropez and other well-known spots in the region, which might be a disadvantage for some, but for us it has rather intensified the peace and relaxation. The outdoor area with pool is really great and offers absolute privacy, so we could enjoy the sun to the fullest. Carolin was a friendly hostess who provided us with valuable tips. There is also a property manager and a gardener who can (re)act immediately if necessary. Overall, a great vacation home for those who want to relax and are happy to accept a little more travel time to the well-known hotspots, etc.

Christine and Thomas have created a wonderful paradise. We felt very comfortable and welcome. The location is a dream, the pool with pool house a highlight. We enjoyed the tranquility. The apartment has very good amenities. We did great excursions. Thank you Christine for the tip to visit the weekly market. One week was definitely not enough for us and we would be happy to come back. We say thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The villa is just superb, with plenty of beds, modern and very well furnished. The outdoor area, with swimming pool, petanque court under the pine trees, barbecue and all just as beautiful. Fanny, who we were in contact with, was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it!

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful house of Hestia. It is very lovingly and stylishly furnished, very clean and the garden with its great pool landscape is a real dream. There are many places to relax, such as the large covered lounge area with dining table, outdoor kitchen and grill (plancha) overlooking the pool. We had a wonderful week here with our friends and toddlers. For the children, 2 high chairs, 2 baby beds, toys in the room in the basement and for the pool, a trampoline, small table with 2 children's chairs and stools and playhouse outside as well as balance bikes (and for adults) were available. Hestia welcomed and said goodbye to us very nicely and is a courteous and helpful hostess. She had many good tips, check-in and check-out went absolutely smoothly. Thank you for everything.
