Perfect stay, the rental was as pictured and described, idyllic setting, nearby trade and Evran is a few dozen minutes from Dinan, Dinard, St Malo…. Very responsive hosts we had forgotten our high chair for the baby and some time after we had it. I really recommend this rental and we will not hesitate to invite our friends to stop by Christophe and Virginia's. 👍👍👍

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a bit of conversation with ease. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful moor. The coast is amazing! Finally, the swimming pool, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a slightly sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). Thanks to Marie and her family.

Outdoor environment and amenities conducive to tranquility and when in addition, the weather is part of it, what more could you ask for? Charming house in a quiet location. Close to Dinan and Dinard. Well-equipped, clean, impeccable bedding and responsive host. There were small attentions on our arrival, very pleasant.

Our family of four had a fantastic time. The home is very big and everything has been thought of with the design and kitting out of the place. The outside barbeque area was a real boost and we used it for several meals. The garden is huge, our kids enjoyed playing football on the lawn. Around 15 mins to the beach. We found it took around 50 mins to get to St Malo, but it was worth the trip. Laurent and Jocelyne communicated well before and during our stay when we had queries. We will be back.

We had a fantastic week staying at Karine and Emmanuel’s home. The house is lovely, clean and very comfortable with great outside space, pool and jacuzzi. It was a nice 30 minute walk into town to some great restaurants- their creperie being one of the best. Karine was excellent with communications, really helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying at their house.

Very nice accommodation, spacious for two, quiet and in the greenery. Extremely matches the photos. Brigitte and her husband are helpful and welcoming hosts, but perfectly discreet too. The accommodation is part of their home, but it is 100% independent. There's nothing missing from the amenity. Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. If someone guides you then that is fine. We will definitely be back! Thank you Delphine, your place rocks! 😎🇫🇷🙏🏻☀️ xxx

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

Wonderful house and beautiful beach. We were there with 6 adults and 1 toddler. Everything was on site for our daughter. (baby bathtub, high chair, toys). The beach is very clean and the on-site bar has very good offers. We will definitely come back 👍

The accommodation is decorated with great taste, everything is clean and well maintained. It feels like home. Nathalie is smiling, pleasant and very available, which makes the experience even warmer. I would recommend it in a second.

We had a lovely few days with family in this house. The accommodation is spacious, bright and well equipped for the whole family! The garden is quiet and peaceful, ideal for relaxing. A few tens of minutes by car we were able to discover Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, Cancale... We recommend!

Stay too short because we were in the area for a wedding. We were delighted to stay at Yannick's, the accommodation is tastefully decorated and ultra clean, as in the photos. We didn't miss anything when we arrived, everything is very well equipped. Yannick was an exceptional host and even drove us so that we could return from the party with peace of mind, like Cinderella's carriage!
