Michel is very friendly, he was able to listen to our needs. We rented this place for our mother's 60th birthday and everything was perfect. Clean, well-equipped, the accommodation is well thought out. We had a great stay, we will definitely come back.

Amazing views, friendliest host with the best recommandations! We stayed for 4 days and felt right at home. We followed Gerards advice for our entire stay and everything was perfect. The place is private, clean, has everything you need and the view is ♥️ Him coming to say goodbye to us with freshly cut coconuts was just the cherry on top.

Hello we were 8 people, 4 couples and we really enjoyed the villa...Sylvie had warned us of the decrease in the water flow in a shower so we did with...welcome very appreciated as well as the fruit basket...very good for family with children..

Very proactive host and very welcoming neighbor. Super beautiful villa with common areas, privacy and all the necessary equipment, even for our baby, we did not lack anything. Possibility to walk to go to beautiful Bois-Jolan beach, but safer to go by car.

our stay at Stéphane's went very well. very good communication, very friendly. The house is great, the park is a treasure for the eyes. The pool is treated with salt so for people who don't like the smell of chlorine, it's perfect. The Villa is delightful and just as amazing as in the photos. The location is perfect, the water is right there and the beach where you can really float is just a beautiful short walk- on the beach- from your back yard. Absolute bonus: delicious restaurants, bakery and general store right around the corner. You can spend days on end without getting in the car! Our host was super responsive and everyone around including neighbors and maintenance workers in the facility were all very friendly. We really felt at home.

Victoria’s house is a priceless, older, custom designed Caribbean beach house with private beach. Her personal decor perfectly offsets what the house is about. Just a fantastic setup. The house has a lovely familial charm, throughout. There were moments when it felt as though I were back in St. Tropez than in Guadeloupe. It could not be more idyllic. Her host was beyond polite. Everything was thoroughly covered, including close recommendations.

This is a glorious home. The photos don't do it justice. It's like being immersed in a jungle oasis with a beautiful ocean view. We loved the outdoor kitchen and bathrooms and spent most of our time on the spacious upper balcony. I wanted to set up my office there, it felt like a home away from home. The access to the nearby beach resort and restaurant was a nice perk. The owner Bruno was very gracious and even drove us to get pizza the first night since the restaurant was closed by the time we arrived. All 8 of us had the most wonderful time. Expectations exceeded = highly recommended.

We were superbly welcomed. The house is beautiful and comfortable, consistent with the photos presented, geographically well located for visiting all of Guadeloupe. For us it's a favorite for the whole: the welcome , the presence and responsiveness of Fred when we have questions, the superb house with large bedrooms, beautiful kitchen and superb indoor and outdoor lounges. The pool is also superb. In one word: we advise you to book because you will be at your best!

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable villa! Our group of 6 rented a car that made it easy to experience beaches, restaurants and excursions around the island. Orient Bay was our favorite where we rented beach chairs at beach clubs that Alex and Severine suggested. Highly recommend this peaceful and private villa!

A beautiful week spent in this wonderful residence. Everything was perfect and beyond the photos. Just a big wow I recommend this property well furnished and with a breathtaking view. We had a great time with family and friends at Karine and Joël's place. A beautiful house perfectly equipped and ideally located between Sainte-Anne and Saint-François, with very beautiful beaches within walking distance for both surfers and bathers looking for a calm and idyllic place. Unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to meet our hosts, but interposed messaging was always very friendly and responsive. On site, Philippe took very good care of us and the pool. We highly recommend it and will be happy to go back.

Accommodation with a great view, very functional with beaches accessible on foot by a very nice trail. On the other hand, the pool is more of a small pool to cool off in: impossible to swim… In addition, the proposed accommodation is more like a large duplex with 2 large terraces than a villa because an independent accommodation is located below. Not particularly annoying during our rental because under construction (presence of workers) but once inhabited or rented, it could be annoying…

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful villa. The amenities are very good. 👍 It was very quiet and relaxed; with great views and wonderful garden. Fanny was super friendly and took care of anything you need.

Extremely pleasant and relaxing stay in an idyllic setting. All the rooms of the house overlook a large terrace with several relaxation areas: dining for breakfast in the middle of the vegetation, small living room suitable for aperitif and swimming pool. The lush garden is beautiful and very well maintained. We picked and enjoyed the delicious mangoes from the garden. Close to the surf beach on foot and the beautiful Bois Jolan beach a few km away. We loved it and recommend this place. Thank you to the whole family for the welcome and the kind attention.

The welcome and follow-up of Carmen, the concierge, throughout our stay was more than appreciated. Villa Topaze is superb and the views are stunning. Ideal location, close to all services and easy access to other cities in the area.

Excellent villa in an idyllic and traditional setting. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities in a secluded environment. The swimming pool and the many relaxation areas are ideal for spending pleasant moments in a group. Throughout the stay, Alexis and Arthur were extremely responsive to our needs and requests. The neighborhood, on the heights of Saint Francis, is certainly residential but close to the marina. Small bonus: a cat that we named Pomme-Canelle (pomnkanel) also stays in the vicinity of this villa and brightened our walks. Take good care of it! In short, we recommend this accommodation without a moment's hesitation!

We had a great time with the family. The setting is ideal!!! In this mango season, we were able to fully enjoy them. There was enough space for everyone (8 people). The villa perfectly matched the photos and was well maintained. The concierge was always available to help us, which we really appreciated. A great experience!
