Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sainte-Anne

Excellent welcome. As soon as we arrived in Martinique at the end of the day, Hélène and Eric contacted us to tell us not to worry about the evening meal or breakfast that was waiting for us at the rental. So we were able to enjoy our place from the first minute onwards with our 2 daughters. For the rest of our stay, we were amazed every day at the setting we were in. Hélène and Eric are so discreet that we felt like we were alone! Thanks again to both of you for a wonderful stay. Cynthia, Loïc, Mia and Lola.

This place is wonderful! The view is breathtaking and the way everything is configured is perfect to take advantage of that view. The outdoor area completes perfectly the indoor space, and the shutters that open right to the patio make it 1000x better! The house has everything you need, including a fully functional kitchen with top notch appliances. We had such a great time. We will be back!

Excellent stay, everything was perfect, the hosts, Isabelle and Francis are very welcoming and available, while remaining discreet. The accommodation is very clean and convenient for a stay at FDF. All amenities are close by and within walking distance. Public transport easily takes you to the city center, to which you can walk if you wish (about 30 minutes) Not to mention the pool in a magical setting because it is representative of the Martinican flora. We would recommend it without hesitation.

The villa is even prettier in real life than in the photo, very nicely decorated, it quickly feels like home. The pool is very popular after a hot day. Everything went very well, communication with Thierry or Rodolphe was very easy, the arrival is prepared by very pleasant little touches. The location was ideal for moving to the nearby Anses where we wanted to spend the most time, but also for the rest of the island. I highly recommend Thierry's villa.

We were welcomed by exceptional hosts: very nice welcome, very interesting exchanges, small touches... The accommodation is clean, the view beautiful and the pool refreshing. In short, we had a great time, and will be back in our future trips. See you soon and thank you again :)

QIel pleasant stay at Jaco's . Everything was perfect... Jacko contacted us about 1 week before our arrival to arrange our arrival and send us some information and photos about the accommodation and the location of the bungalow. When we arrived Jaco was there to welcome us and introduce us to the accommodation. The same evening and a few other nights in the week we shared a few aperitifs ... It was very nice to discuss the visits we were planning to do and to benefit from Jacko's advice who turned out to be a thoughtful host with us. IF we come back, we'll be back with our blue eye! Another big thank you Jaco because without you the stay would not have had the same flavor! see you very soon 😁

Well located for visiting the island. Impeccably clean and very spacious for 2 people, we had a great stay. The pool is very nice at the end of the day. We thank Jean-Jacques again for his welcome and kindness and for introducing us to the different stages of the coco! We'll be happy to go back 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Muriel and Cedrick's. Their small studio is ideally located, close to the most beautiful beaches of Martinique, while being nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The accommodation is charming, very clean, tastefully decorated and perfect for a stay as a couple. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, and the small terrace surrounded by vegetation is a real haven of peace – a real joy to have a coffee or a meal there, sometimes in the company of pretty hummingbirds! Muriel and Cedrick's hospitality was exceptional. They are warm, caring and available hosts – the best we have met during our travels. We recommend this listing without a second thought and hope to come back soon!

We had a lovely stay at Marie's with our 11-month-old daughter! We had all the baby amenities which was greatly appreciated! Very quiet apartment, we were able to enjoy the spas during baby naps, a plus in our opinion 🙂 The apartment is well located for walking around the village, a short walk from Pointe Marin and several beaches 10-15 minutes by car! Great location to visit the south and its beaches! Marie responds very quickly if you have any questions, we were delighted. 🙂 She gave us some great tips for visiting the island! We recommend it without hesitating. A big thank you! 🤩

Absolutely beautiful stay!! Everything was perfect: a breathtaking view of the Diamond and the Morne Larcher with the infinity pool, a spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation, a large very pleasant terrace. Quiet residence. Yannis was very responsive to each of our messages and heard back from us during the stay. We're so glad we had our vacation at your place! We highly recommend it! I have to agree with all the previous reviews. Corinne’s place is spectacular just as in the pictures. Great pool and great place overall. Corinne is also very attentive to your needs or questions. Would definitely recommend the place !

The place was just as we expected and looks exactly like on photos. Right next to the BlackDiamond pool area. + Would recommend this. Overall we enjoyed staying at this place. It was quite close to most of the beautiful beaches and important areas and we had free access to the pool downstairs. Clement was super kind and responsive :) There are a lot of similar apartments right next to each other so if you’re looking for a quiet and private area this might not be for you. The kitchen is on the balcony and you have all that breathtaking view while having your meals or sipping your morning coffee. -Not really a quiet area. There were parties in the weekends and strangers from parties came up and were knocking on our door during the night sometimes. The music is very loud, but during the weekdays or when there aren’t any parties, it is quiet and kind of peaceful. We have read in reviews about the parties and we still decided that it would be okay for us. Thank you! :)

Very good stay in this accommodation located near Anse à l'Ane and Anse Dufour, where we were able to swim with turtles! We were very well received by Kamel and Anne-Sophie who were very available to us throughout the stay. We had a wonderful time in Martinique! Sylvie and Thierry’s home was beautiful and convenient. It was close to grocery stores, restaurants and beaches! We travelled all around the island but we were grateful to have found this hidden gem in Le Marin to call home for the past 10 days!

Great apartment! Very clean, easy to reach by car. A few small items were missing (condiments, paper towels, extra garbage bags for a multi-night stay). Suzelle was very responsive and friendly!

DOMINIQUE! Amazing host, amazing spot, and I know where to stay for my next vacation in Martinique! We were blown away by his kindness and his excellent local tips on activities and hiking . Spectacular! Our stay at Isabelle's was more than we could have imagined. The views were amazing, the apartment was clean and comfortable and the outdoor kitchen was very relaxing. Isabelle has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable Plus, the pool and walk to the centre of town were very accessible. Both Isabelle and Isabel were exetremely responsive and kind. Great apartment! Large and clean. The view is even more beautiful than the pictures. Hosts are welcoming and flexible. The most beautiful beaches are close by. On the other hand, you should not be afraid to drive to visit the rest of the island.

I recommend this apartment 200%, close to the beach, within walking distance. Everything is as described. It has all the comforts you need for a great vacation. Don't hesitate!

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very beautiful terrace overlooking the sunset, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the hotel de la batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and lots of fish. Not really a restaurant within walking distance, there is the casino restaurant and pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your beach towels. The laundry washer was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no neighbor's noise.

We were delighted with our stay at Karine. The residence is very clean and close to all points of interest towards Saint Anne! The residence's swimming pool is perfect to cool off at the end of the day after enjoying the saltwater beach which is only a 5min drive away!
