Le studio se situe au 1er étage, avec ascenseur, de la résidence sécurisée « Les Dunes de l’Ocean » et dispose d’une place de parking en sous-sol. Le logement est proche de tous commerces et commodités, à 2’ du CHU de Bellepierre et du centre-ville, à 5’ de la route du Littoral. Il comprend un séjour ouvert sur cuisine, une salle de bain avec douche et WC, une varangue avec coin salon.

Independent studio located in our garden with a beautiful private terrace with sea view. Beautiful fully equipped studio, air-conditioned with Wi-Fi overlooking the pool and garden located on the heights of Saint-Denis, Colline des Camélias, 10 minutes from the city center and 10 km from the airport. The mezzanine bedroom with a low ceiling height (1.30 m) gives a cocooning appearance. You have free access to our (unheated) swimming pool and sunbathing area as well as the entire garden.

Our bungalow, located 5 minutes from the airport, is designed to offer you a relaxing stay. You will discover a bright and airy space with a comfortable bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom, and a private terrace with garden where you can relax while listening to the birds singing. The studio with its independent entrance is adjacent to our house, in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the city center. Guests can freely enjoy the swimming pool and terrace where we will be happy to meet you. You will have the essentials for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, jam, butter) and the essentials for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper...). Less than 100 m away you will find a bakery and a convenience store.
