Holiday rentals with a patio in Sainte-Famille

Francois's place was great! It was the perfect home away from home in Quebec for our family of eight. The place was neat, tidy, spacious, and complete with just about everything we needed. It was also walkable from nearby restaurants, parks, and attractions. Francois was super responsive and helpful althroughout our vacation. Will definitely consider booking the place again!

Philippe’s place was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was our first time in this area so took us a bit of time to realize how well it is situated! Walking distance to both Saint Roch (Rue Saint Joseph) area and Rue Saint Jean shops and restaurants plus just a short drive to the Videotron Centre. We travelled by car so having a parking spot on site was super convenient. Philippe was a welcoming, friendly host who responded to our questions in a timely way. Thanks!!

This property is located at a perfect location in Levis, QC. The places well maintained, and is 10 minutes walk to the ferry terminal, which we used every day for our commute to old Quebec City. The place is neat and clean, it’s private when you are staying with your family or friends, good restaurants nearby, and the host is super friendly in giving information about the surroundings. I would strongly recommend Christian place, and certainly staying with him again on my next trip to Quebec City.

The place was very homey, spatious with a great view and a lot of amenities especially in the kitchen. A lot of towels were provided and the place was overall very good and comfortable. I would recommend if you want a nicw and peaceful getaway with family/friends. Mathieu, the host was very helpful and had clear instructions upon check-in. Thank you😊

It’s a beautiful place yo stay. You will find a supermarket two minutes away from the place. It’s 8 minutes away from Montmorency Falls and 12 minutes from Old Quebec . Clean and with all the amenities to have a great trip.

We loved our stay in this large, bright apartment, offering a unique view that invites you to relax. The old house in which it is located has a lot of character: creaky floors, authentic atmosphere and full of charm. You can sometimes hear the neighbors, but nothing annoying: this is also what makes the charm of period buildings. The host was very welcoming and available, in addition to giving us valuable advice on shops and good places in the area. A place we highly recommend!

My husband and I loved staying here! We got to enjoy what the island had to offer, and it was a quick and easy drive into Old Quebec City. The house was very cozy after a day of walking around. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this Airbnb!

We two family with 3 kids came to spend the weekend in Quebec City from New Jersey. It was beautiful weather these days and we had a wonderful experience staying in Melanie’s house and enjoyed the city. Very relaxing.

Amazing location, super functional, comfortable and clean. 2 min from Videotron centre and 40 min walk to old Quebec using the Riviere St-Charles pathway. 3rd Avenue with top rated restaurants is a 15min walk away. Very friendly neighborhood. The place is super clean, functional, quiet and all is made for a great stay. Beds are super comfy and you can sleep with the windows open as the surroundings are incredibly quiet. Recommend ++

Nicest AirBnB we have stayed in. This place is fantastic. We hope it's available the next time we travel to Quebec City. My wife and I even discussed how we would love to rent the place for a month or two if I had the ability to work remotely. Very clean, clutter-free. Lovely kitchen layout with a large fridge and lots of counter space. Nice large dining room table. Large sitting area with a TV. The heated bathroom floor might have been my favourite detail. It was on the 5th floor, but there's an elevator so it easy to get in and out. Doors use code so no worry about losing keys. Centrally located in Old Quebec, you can walk to everything. Great restaurants and shops nearby.

The unit was clean, well-maintained, and matched the description accurately. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions, making check-in smooth. Everything worked as expected. The location is quiet and functional. Overall, a solid and hassle-free stay.

Mathiu's place is super clean and very well-equipped. You have everything you need for cooking, laundry, swimming, BBQ, etc. It's also well-located, about 5 minutes of driving and 22 minutes of walking to Old quebec attractions. Supermarket, pharmacy are just around the corner. But it's right beside a main street, it's a bit noise in early mornings. And there is a homeless center behind the parking building. It will be appreciated if there are some earplugs and shower caps. We've stayed two nights, and all in all it's a pleasant experience, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Marc’s condo! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for exploring Quebec City. Marc was an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host, providing clear instructions and helpful reminders throughout our stay. Beautiful place and the location was close to everything I needed. St. Roch neighbourhood had excellent eateries and amenities but walking distance to Old Quebec City. The place was extremely quiet and lovely. The rooftop terrace was amazing. Enjoyed using the bbq at night.
