Holiday rentals with a patio in Sainte-Marie

Loved staying at this spacious apartment! We first thought it was going to be difficult to get into town by foot, but once we discovered all the "passages" with stairways to town, we found it easy to visit restaurants and sites. Great location to both enjoy the view in a safe neighborhood and also visit the lovely Fort de France. Gerome was very helpful and good to work with. Highly recommend!

Well located, beautiful viewpoint, minutes away from restaurants and shops, adequate directions. Variable service hours (swimming pool, restaurant), better to ask on site than to rely on the display but this is not the responsibility of the landlord. Good overall experience.

Self check-in is super convenient . The accommodation is close to the beach and full of activities around! A little extra for all the equipment, especially a palm mask and snorkel that clutters our suitcases for nothing, it's the best

Impeccable accommodation located in a green setting. Pascale and Eric were very welcoming and always present when needed. The accommodation is well equipped and mosquito nets are placed on the windows of the bedrooms, so we had no mosquitoes.

We spent a week at the lower part of the house. The views are exceptional and truly more impressive than the photos even do justice to. We were lucky that there was no one renting the top of the house during our week, which gave us a very private and quiet setting. We adored the pool overlooking the ocean and mountainside. It’s very idyllic. Overall the space is exactly as described, with the majority of the living quarters being outside and the bedrooms and bathrooms being indoors. The kitchen is basic but has all of the necessities for a vacation. The bedrooms benefit from very strong A/C. Fred was always responsive and accommodating. A great host. We would definitely recommend this villa!

We loved the villa. The hosting was great OMG with Caroline, she is very nice. She took all the time it took to explain to us everything we needed to know about the house, we really appreciated it. Erkan also responded very quickly to our questions before our arrival and after we contacted Caroline who also responded very quickly and always friendly. The place is beautiful, very lit with always a nice breeze. It is very well located and secure, beautiful sea views even if it is at a distance. The only small disappointment we had and mentioned to Caroline was that there was no BBQ as mentioned on the listing, Caroline offered us her (so nice of her part) but finally we organized ourselves differently. Basically everything was perfect, we recommend the place without hesitation. Thanks Erkan and Caroline.

Simply exceptional!! Very clean accommodation, beautifully decorated and well-equipped with magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea. Everything has been thought out for the comfort of guests. Ideal location in a quiet area, close to the ring road. beaches 10mn by car. spacious and comfortable accommodation good mattress and sofa. Very responsive host following a water evacuation issue. on the functional side, an electrical outlet in the bathroom would be necessary.

All in kindness and good humor. Very nice experience that we recommend and will not hesitate to repeat as soon as possible.

Sylvain's apartment is a real haven of peace! The decoration is neat, the equipment is complete and the cleanliness is impeccable. I only stayed one night. I wanted to stay longer Sylvain was responsive and available by messages or calls. I recommend it.

Great studio on a totally independent mezzanine in a private holiday residence and very close to the city center of Saint Anne (10 mnt on foot and 4 by car) with the beach at 300 meters. Really ideal location 15mnt from the beaches of the South. 🌴🌞 Regarding the apartment we found it even better in real life than in photo, spacious with a large terrace and the mezzanine room. Board games are available and Charles is very responsive and friendly with small presents when we arrived who made us happy! I recommend Charles's place 200% for your vacation, you will not be disappointed! Camille 😁

Very nice accommodation, located in a quiet area. The views are beautiful. The accommodation itself is great, spacious and well-equipped. As a bonus, we had the pleasure of discovering a small bottle of planter as a welcome gift. We would highly recommend it.

A very nice impeccable accommodation, in a secure residence, with swimming pool, very well located, about 100m from the beach of Anse à l'âne and a large parking lot. It differs from others rented for years, so much so that it has been found functional and equipped. Everything is done to make you feel "at home" and that's exactly what we experienced! To top it all off, we received a very warm welcome from Ludivine and some very appreciated little touches awaited us: a bottle of fresh water, a bottle of punch, fruit and even brioches called Pomme-Canelle, for breakfast the next day. The exchanges shared upstream and throughout our stay were always cordial and fluid. Ludivine is sincerely a "caring" owner! All this clearly contributed to making our vacation truly enjoyable and unforgettable! If we have the opportunity to return, it is obvious that we will rent it again with great pleasure!

We had a lovely stay with the family at Donkey Cove and David and Caroline's apartment. The accommodation is very well located, very functional and well-equipped. We enjoyed the balcony terrace with the beautiful view. We were very well received by David. We recommend this property.
