Close to all shops: Intermarché, bakery, gas station… It can accommodate 2 people maximum, non-smoking. We live across the street, so it won't be a problem if you need anything. On the 1st floor with 2 parking spaces and 1 private cellar for your bikes, walking distance to shops. Balcony terrace and garden furniture.

Charming village cottage on 3 floors. On the ground floor you will find an integrated kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, a small bathroom with walk-in shower and a toilet. On the second floor, a small 19 m² living room with a sofa bed, TV and wired internet or Wi-Fi network. Then on the third floor a bedroom with double bed and single bed (Possibility to add a baby bed). You have a private entrance.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
