Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Independent entrance studio located in our main residence comprising living room with equipped kitchenette and office area, shower room with toilet, king size bed in mezzanine. The garden of the house adjoining the studio is available for your use. Pets allowed provided it is indicated in the reservation. Ideal for 2 people and sofa bed for 2 extra people on request. Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility: stairs + mezzanine ladder (photo).

Nice 2-room, very quiet, new.

Nice 2-room apartment in the center of Fleurey, new. Quiet, parties, it is not possible to respect the neighborhood and our home. Close to all shops: Intermarché, bakery, gas station… It can accommodate 2 people maximum, non-smoking. We live across the street, so it won't be a problem if you need anything. On the 1st floor with 2 parking spaces and 1 private cellar for your bikes, walking distance to shops. Balcony terrace and garden furniture.

Possibility of swimming (reservoirs equipped for swimming or Kir Lake) within 15 minutes.

Small rural gîte "la Forge"

Charming village cottage on 3 floors. On the ground floor you will find an integrated kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, a small bathroom with walk-in shower and a toilet. On the second floor, a small 19 m² living room with a sofa bed, TV and wired internet or Wi-Fi network. Then on the third floor a bedroom with double bed and single bed (Possibility to add a baby bed). You have a private entrance.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
