Very pleasant stay in this large house with garden, Well located in the heart of the island to visit low land and large land. Well equipped: 2 bathrooms, air-conditioned bedrooms, washing machines and dishes, basic necessities... Thank you for the welcome basket and responsiveness to answer questions. The neighborhood is quiet and secure.

We enjoyed the villa and everything matched the listing. Nothing is missing! It's a quiet and peaceful place and very private. The bathrooms in the rooms were great and the location too. Close to a convenience store and a grocery store and the approach of the people of Guadeloupe is very cordial. I would recommend this place.

What a pleasure! We were captivated by the view... During the day, a splendid view - sailboats, the reserve, the reliefs and the blue sea as far as the eye can see - at night, stars endlessly... The accommodation is neat, everything is beautiful and harmonious, a sought-after design... A large, beautiful and so pleasant pool (and what a view;)) A few days after my booking, a small photo received to show me the good weather and make us want... very nice! Really clear and complete explanatory videos... No complaints... In view of this exceptional property and the work done by the owners, we paid attention to it, but what a job! We were won over, we would have stayed longer... Just specify no sunscreen in the pool, but with children's UV t-shirt; Ras. In short, a real pleasure in a real beautiful house! Thank you PS: we are bragged about the turtles of Malendure; it's not a legend! What a joy!

The house is superb and calm. There were nine of us and we had plenty of room. The kitchen is great for making real meals, very well equipped. Bedding is good. We had no problems, everything is working perfectly. Adeline's welcome from the concierge was perfect, very good directions to find the house. Very available, although we did not need much soliciting her. Location. We would recommend this house. Thanks again. And maybe I'll see you soon.

We had originally rented another villa from SB. There was no possibility to stay there due to circumstances, but this villa was proposed very smoothly and quickly. Laurent was super friendly and very practical. The villa had like what we expected . Very nice view of the bay and within walking distance of Malendures . Clean and nicely decorated . The only downside is that the pool is not next to the terrace but one floor down for another bedroom. This makes it less practical/cozy. We'll be back ! Thanks Laurent !

We had an absolutely magical stay at this cottage nestled in the heart of nature. The terrace is peaceful, the pool is well placed and the sea view is just amazing. The best place for sunsets. Also, the location is ideal for discovering Bouillante and its surroundings, it is close to the Cousteau reserve and the beaches. We recommend this cottage without hesitation and will be happy to come back!

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable villa! Our group of 6 rented a car that made it easy to experience beaches, restaurants and excursions around the island. Orient Bay was our favorite where we rented beach chairs at beach clubs that Alex and Severine suggested. Highly recommend this peaceful and private villa!

I had a great stay with my team, I advise it particularly for anyone with an activity or appointments on Baie Mahault, the location of the house is really perfect for that. It is also very convenient to go to other places on the island.

Everything was great and the hostess was very nice, she was always reachable and gave good tips for activities. The beaches were 5-10 min away by car. The villa was in a very clean condition, we were very satisfied.

Great accommodation, spacious, pleasant and functional, even better than in the photos because some very nice amenities have been made such as a nice pergola, the bathroom refurbished... in short the villa is perfect, air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms, and all the necessities you need, leader price, maximax, gifi and pharmacy 2 minutes by car, ideally located for visiting the island. Very friendly welcome by Roseleine and her daughter, a fruit juice and bottles of water made available to us in the fridge for our arrival. I also highlight the response time and responsiveness in case of solicitation. I highly recommend Villa LorenA, I will be happy to come back, enjoy the accommodation and the pool just for yourself and a real plus it feels like home and you can even admire the pretty hummingbirds near the hibiscus in the garden. The accommodation is really at its BEST++ Everything as described! The house is very spacious, decorated with great taste...everything is there!!! We are "at home"; everything was well thought out in the house to make the stay very pleasant!! Very nice little touches: a basket of delicious fruits upon our arrival, small products available in the bathrooms, towels nicely presented on the beds….! Really the BEST!! A very well made welcome booklet is also present with recommendations, ideas for outings...! The location in Baie Mahault is really great, it's perfect for visiting the island!! Also, Leïla was really nice during our exchanges!!!! We are so excited for our stay!! I would totally recommend this property!!!

We had a great time as a Family at Villa Lio again. Indeed this is the second time we have rented this Villa and it is always with as much pleasure as we were able to enjoy all the amenities that Lionel offers.
