Welcome to Sainte-Sève, at Loulou's, our grandfather's house. A quiet and warm Breton family house in the heart of Finistère, 10 minutes from Morlaix, 15 minutes from Carantec and 30 minutes from Brest. The soul of this house is the garden in which our grandfather passionately maintained rose bushes and a vegetable garden. The bright garden room, the interior of the warm house allow you to spend good times with family or friends around the table or in the lounge area.

Apartment fully renovated in 2022 with a rare, plunging and south-facing view of downtown Morlaix and its Viaduct. Outdoor terrace on the ground floor to enjoy the sun at noon and in the evening Small cul-de-sac of a few houses with garden in a recess facing the main street. Type 2 accommodation with all the comforts including a living room, bathroom, bedroom. Sofa bed, baby bed. Possibility of accommodating 3 people (See 4) Linens and towels are provided

Relax in this cocoon with soft colors that invite you to daydream and mix modernity and vintage pieces. The garden offers pears and apples in the summer. I make my pretty house available to guests wishing to enjoy the charm of the city of Morlaix and its splendid bay (15 min from Carantec/Loquirec) and the nearby Monts d'Arrés. The perfect base camp in short! The house is in a peaceful area, historic center 5 min drive away and 15 min walk away. See you soon!

Morlaix: Petit duplex

36 m2 fully equipped duplex on a street in the historic city center of Morlaix known for its half-timbered houses. It is located in a 3-unit building, accessible through a common courtyard. It is close to all amenities (shops, theater, cinema), bakery down the street. You can walk to the port and have a drink on the terrace. Free blue zone parking on nearby street. The train station is five minutes away. The beach is about 15 minutes by car.
