It was a really lovely apartment, chicly decorated and everything present. We were very impressed. I had contact once during the stay and they responded quickly and well. What I liked was the large TVs in every bedroom, the nice shower and use of the washing machine. We were able to reserve a parking space for the car at the reception, you have to pay the full amount immediately.

I loved the apartment, perfect for one person or a couple. Walking distance to everything in that area. And i loved the outside area which was like a beer garden. Ground floor space and no issues. No problems at all. And a great host, thank you Stiliyan, i hope to be back.

We had a great stay at this lovely apartment in Varna. It’s in a charming, central neighborhood—close to both the beach and the city center. There was plenty of space and sleeping arrangements for five people, and the apartment was very clean and well-prepared with all the essentials. The kitchen was spacious, bright, and well equipped. There’s a small convenience store right at the corner, and a larger supermarket just a 3-minute walk away, which was super convenient. Getting into the apartment was straightforward, with clear instructions provided. Just a heads-up: the staircase is narrow and could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. But overall, we were very happy with the place and would gladly stay here again!

As described - good value for the price and close to the beach

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home for New Year's Eve! Our group of seven friends spent three nights here, and everything was perfect. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight was definitely the stunning garden and breathtaking views—it was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. We also loved using the barbecue, which made our evenings even more special. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a peaceful and well-equipped place to stay, we highly recommend this home. We’d love to come back again—especially in the summer—to fully enjoy the beautiful garden and the pool!

The home has amazing views of the sea. It is also very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Romiana always responded quickly to my messages, and both she and her partner were very responsive to resolve any issues. The only thing is that the accommodation is accessed by stairs (which is mentioned in the listing), not very comfortable in case of having small children with a cart.

Great place to stay! Quiet and quiet area perfect for family with kids! The house was very pleasant and clean! Had everything you need for a nice stay. Great location. Easy to walk to the beach and to the center. The apartment is in a very convenient location. I rented the apartment for my friends and they liked everything. The apartment is very quiet and a very suitable place to stay with a baby. The owner of the apartment is friendly and very responsive.

nice apartment, everything matches the description. Very quiet location at the same time the beach is a 10-15 minute walk ,due to the fact that there are no many hotels nearby, the beach is quite empty. There is a store near the house there is everything you need and there is a market within a 15-20 minute walk and there is also a public transport station.

The place is quiet and peaceful! My stay was very enjoyable. Themostimportant thing for me was the ability to find a parking space, and while an evening time is moredifficult, I have found a parking space for no more than 2-3 minutes of time.

A great spacious 1 bed flat in the heart of Varna, a little noisy at night if you are sensitive to noise, but otherwise perfect for a city break

Our stay in Detelina’s place was excellent! The apartment is spacious, modern and clean. The view from the balcony is stunning, the location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants and shops. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.
