Quiet and relaxing surroundings, good security management, convenient transportation, 600 meters from Tsuruhashi Station; 620 meters from Osaka Loop Line, Kintetsu Nara Line, etc., 8 minutes on foot. This listing is a year-long renovation of an old house with my designer friend. There were many twists and turns along the way, and the style chosen is a combination of Japanese and modern, that is, to meet the needs of contemporary fully equipped facilities.
