This is a guest house that is an iron-framed 3 stories building. Guest rooms are 1st floor. We (family of 3) live on 2nd and 3rd floors. The guest rooms will be comfortable for 3 people to stay. Three beds are available. Kitchen and full bathroom that guests can use exclusively are equipped on 1st floor. Other basic amenities are also there. No shared ones. (See pictures.) I am fond of talking with guests in English. Long stay recommended, because you can enjoy yourself staying in Japan.

Our room is located in Yao Osaka prefecture. It's a quite and safe place where there are lots of families in the neighborhood. It's between Kintetsu-Yao and Kawachi-Yamamoto station. It takes about 15minutes on foot from both of the stations. There are lots of restaurants and shopping malls near the station. Our room is modern Japanese style, and Host lives next door. Please don't hesitate to ask us anytime.

Good place before or after Koyasan. Small but lots of good bars and restaurants. And little nature stuff. Good walking spot for sunrise / sunset. On the way to Koyasan . 5 min to nearest metro( Kongo station). 25 min to Namba. No tourists around here but definitely recommend spending some time here !!

We had a great time staying here. The location is very convenient, in between two train stations, and right next to a grocery store. The neighborhood was nice and quiet too. The place was very clean and comfortable and had everything we could have needed for our stay.

This place is a gem! The 7days we had over here felt like a dream living in a Japanese animation neighbourhood. Really cool. Extremely satisfying for railway lovers like us, the perfect sound of trains just beside us. The doorway Tram station lead us straight to big shopping area like Abeno. Nearby have 24hr big family mart. Quiet and peaceful. Host had thoughtful gestures of snacks and drinks were provided. Clean and spacious! Netflix is provided. We look forward to being back! Will recommend to our friends and Family!

If you want to experience the authentic Japanese life, you must stay here. The place is squeaky clean and the place is big enough for 4 people. The decoration is gorgeous. The location is superb. I love the automatic bathroom setup with auto toilet seat cover raising as you walk in to the bathroom. The tub dispenses hot water with a pre defined temperature and it certainly makes the whole stay a memorable one. The host Yuko is very friendly and responsive. I would love to stay here again .

Fijn verblijf van 8 dagen. Mooi modern appartement in Japanse stijl ingericht met balkon. Nabij station. Gastvrij ontvangen, perfecte communicatie. Ik vond het fijn om buiten het centrum te verblijven. Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips of het ontdekken van rustige delen van Osaka. Centrum op 35 minuten reizen afstand. In prettige buurt met bakkertje, ijssalon, kleine restaurants en grote supermarkt op loopafstand. Alles schoon en netjes. Zeer behulpzame host. Trein is hoorbaar, maar stoorde mij niet. Dit verblijf sloot perfect aan op mijn wensen en ik zou graag nog een keer terugkomen.
