Our time in Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar was quite nice. An ideal place for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Getting to popular places was very easy. The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

Our experience on staying at the Villa was amazing, from the warm welcome by Yahya and Eissa to the smooth Checkout at the end. This was our first time, and definitely not the last.

The place was peaceful and relaxing. Hussein was a great help. Great pool And garden. The patisserie we visited was amazing for the cakes. A short drive to the lake and restaurants. Will visit again.

We are very satisfied with this facility where we came and stayed in as an alternative to the bungalow houses. The structure we could call the main structure(where the bedroom, the bathroom and the kitchen are located) were not large but adequate. There was 1 air conditioner and 1 fireplace in the structure that looked like a tent to adjust the temperature. We slept warmly with only the air conditioning on the cool 2 nights. We loved this structure, which is very aesthetic both from the inside and outside. The outdoor seating area and heated pool are also covered using a transparent Mika-like material with an igloo concept. In this way, they turned the seating area into a winter garden where you can sit on cold evenings without covering the view, and a great area where you can use the heated pool independent of the season and rainfall and swim in warm water. For example, the rain storm was not missing on the dates we stayed, but we were able to take advantage of all the facilities. Definitely a place I would recommend.

Now that I'm on my way back, I wanted to comment on the hot weather. We went to Geyikli Köske with a team of children. Everything we might need at home was thought of. It was very clean. The barbecue area, playground, garden were very enjoyable. Mr. Birol, who took care of the house, was very kind and caring. We would like to thank him and his team. We are leaving the Geyikli mansion very happy, we are planning our next trip.

We thank Ms. Sevim and her husband very much. I went with my 3 children, and as soon as she saw them, she explained with a mother's affection what they might need and what I should pay attention to. He was a very sincere, friendly person who knew and introduced the house very well and was always there for us when we needed him. He is a person who can even bring us roasted meat because it is a holiday. This place is even better than the pictures. Tucked away in nature, it’s beautifully maintained and full of thoughtful touches. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The mornings were our favorite—waking up to birds chirping, a cool breeze, and total calm. The outdoor fireplace, hammock, and jacuzzi made evenings just as special. We sipped tea by the fire and truly relaxed. The kitchen had everything we needed. We grabbed groceries from Yeni Mahalle Market on our way to the unit, and there’s another shop; Şükriye Market, just a short walk away. Kenan was a proactive, responsive, and kind host. When our taxi got lost, he personally guided the driver. He welcomed us early, explained everything using a translator app, and even offered us a ride to the bus stop. We enjoyed every moment spent at this place and only regretted not booking one more day here! I have many more praises, but keeping it short due to Airbnb’s limit. Just book it! Kenan will take care of you!
