Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Bedroom, heated sauna by the sea

My guest house consists of a bedroom and a wood-burning sauna. Lovely balcony and outdoor shower. In the 15 sqm cottage there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, porcelain, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck, there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen, where you can go by ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.

Detta speciella ställe ligger nära allt, vilket gör det lätt att planera din vistelse. Belägen i ett lugnt läge vid en grönskande park har man 7min promenad till citykärnan, restauranger & caféer. Gott om parkering och harmoniskt ljusinsläpp genom hela bostaden. Fungerande öppen spis, ekgolv, fräscht badrum samt rymligt kök. Bostaden är ca 100kvm och det finns bäddsoffa ifall man är 6personer. Området är ett av Uppsalas mest attraktivaste där man har nära till allt som staden har att erbjuda.

Charming cottage by the lake in Sigtuna

Welcome to rent our cottage that suits 2 adults and possible 1-2 children. The cottage has a large terrace with fantastic lake view and terrific sunsets. It´s located within 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of Sigtuna.Small beach and boat dock to use within 70 m. from the cottage. Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. You have your own door and come and go as you like.Sheets and towel is provided.

The apartment is 85 sqm (915sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the upper floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Unique accommodation on houseboat central Uppsala

Här har du chansen att bo centralt i Uppsala nära sevärdheter och många restauranger. Gångavstånd till Uppsala Centralstation. Husbåten ligger i Fyrisån vid Stadsparken. Båten är utrustad med enklare badrum med duschkabin och separett. Kök med kokplatta, kyl/frys och ugn/micro. Sängplatserna är fördelade på en 120 cm säng och 160 cm på sovloft samt en extra madrass. På däck kan ni sitta under parasoll och njuta av stadens puls. Båten fungerar även på vintern och ni kan njuta av vedkamin.

Taket är lågt, så här gäller det att omfamna sin inre katt och krypa smidigt in mot madrasserna 😊 Mysigt, charmigt och inget för den som vill stå raklång i sängen😉 Lakan, handdukar ingår.

The strawberry patch by the Mälaren

Välkommen till vår fridfulla sommarstuga 300m till bryggan där man kan bada och sola, gångavstånd till stränder och enbart 30min med tåget från Bro C till Stockholm C. I närheter finns golfbana, slott, samt stor handelsplats enbart 4min med bil. Stuga har två sovrum med dubbelsängar på 160cm,matrum,vardagsrum utan tv , toalett, dusch och tvättmaskin ligger i separat stuga med trappa ner.

Sjöglimten

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med sjötomt vid Mälaren. Blicka ut mot Skokloster slott rakt över sjön samt även Krusenberg herrgård. Ta ett morgondopp i Mälaren eller varför inte ro ut i båten för en fisketur? Bryggan ligger inte i just nu, men kommer komma mot sommaren samt inläggning av liten båt som man kan låna.
