The property is conveniently located near the main street, but it was peaceful. I enjoyed good sleep, and loved waking up to the songs of birds! The restaurant in the property is lovely, and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and I would love to stay again : )

Das Resort unseres Gastgebers Kumar ist eine Oase. Inmitten eines gepflegten Gartens kann man essen, trinken, spielen und sich einfach unterhalten. Die Zimmer sind gut und mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Ortszentrum mit Cafés und Restaurants ist gleich um die Ecke. Tipp: Kumar kennt sich bestens aus und hat Kontakt zu einem sehr guten Führer mit dem wir zum Beispiel eine dreistündige Wanderung durch den Chitwan Nationalpark gemacht haben. Ich kann das sehr empfehlen.

Rahul went put of his way to offer/give us complimentary services, which we appreciated a lot. Daily recommendations of places to visit and food to eat in the city saved us a lot of time. Polite, lovely and helpful staffs/security guard. We really were in awe with the ambiance and overall hospitality of entire stay.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und uns wurde direkt die gesamte Anlage gezeigt. Von unserer ganzen Nepal Reise hat es uns hier am besten gefallen. Das Lemon Tree House ist direkt am Fluss gelegen (wir haben aus unserem Zimmer Krokodile gesehen), der Pool war sehr toll und das Essen superfein. Auch bezüglich der Ausflüge/Safari wurden wir bestens beraten. Wir können es nur sehr enpfehlen!

This is one of the best Airbnbs I booked in Nepal. I even wish I could give more than 5 stars :) Jung and his family are very accommodating hosts, who genuinely want their guests to be comfortable and enjoy their stay. I was offered an earlier check-in as the room was free. I was proactively provided delicious simple breakfast every day, did the laundry for me. All these are extras why I wanna rate the listing more than 5 stars :) The room was spacious, clean, very cozy, very comfortable bed. The balcony was nice in a small compound so I never felt the noise of Patan. Meanwhile it is in very close proximity to the Patan Durbar Square. Lots of restaurants, cafes, shops around. I highly recommend it and will absolutely stay there again while in Patan. Thank you Jung and the family 🙏

I had a great stay at Helena’s amazing Kaalo.101. The vibe and atmosphere of the place is great — a homely space where you are free to be and express yourself for who you are. I spent four nights in a comfortable and creative room. On the first night all the artists/guests shared food and drinks on the rooftop which was lovely. And the surrounding area, Patan, is awesome. A lot quieter than other parts of Kathmandu. Artsy and architecturally inspiring. Highly recommend!
