Penny’s loft in Jamaica Plain was the perfect retreat for my Boston visit. It’s cozy yet very clean. The room offers a beautiful view of trees and you are greeted with the sound of chirping birds each morning. Penny is an incredibly kind and generous host. She offered coffee and toast each morning and also great conversation. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are a solo woman traveler needing a comfortable place in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Nice clean place with ample room for larger groups. We went to a game at Fenway and was very convenient. Responsive host! Highly recommend.

We felt at home here. The location was great with lots of restaurants in walking distance. Michele was so helpful and answered any questions we had.

Overall the location was as advertised and up to expectation! With several floors there was plenty of room for all of the guests to sleep and a large living room/kitchen to hang out. The T station was close so even with spotty weather we were able to get everywhere with ease. Would highly recommend!

We went to Boston to attend a college graduation so we rented this house for the family. We were very happy with the home and the location. The house was stocked with all of the basic necessities. It is newly renovated with a great kitchen and was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was great for walking, with several small grocery stores and restaurants close. Wally was a very proactive and professional host. I highly recommend staying here.

Outstanding location if you’re visiting Harvard or plan to stay in Cambridge. Walking distance to everything and the accommodations are excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at Comfort Oasis! The place was exactly as described – clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Oluwadamilola was an exceptional host: always kind, responsive, and truly caring. During our stay, we reached out a few times with specific requests, and each time he gladly provided what we needed. He even called us to check in and make sure everything was going well and that we were comfortable. That level of hospitality really made a difference. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

We enjoyed our Stay in Newburyport. People above the unit were a bit noisy when they walked. You could hear them walking back and forth. Sort of expected I guess on an old building.

Great location, house big enough for 7 people, all rooms big and clean. Easy and fast to get to Harvard and downtown.

We were a group of 8 (3 couples and 2 singles) coming together for our Harvard reunion. This place was PERFECT!!! Great location right next to the river for our daily runs and easy walking distance to Harvard Square and all Harvard activities; not to mention a fantastic co-op for breakfast and lunch right down the street (3 minute walk) which was yummy. The townhouse was pristine and exactly as advertised. Pictures very accurate. Extremely comfortable. The palatial primary suite upstairs was spectacular!! Great common living room connected to a very functional kitchen with everything would need. Communication with owner was exemplary. Fast response and incredibly helpful. Also, we all arrived a few hours early to Cambridge and they were quick to accommodate an early check-in. I doubt they are always able to do that, but sooooo nice of them for us. Can’t imagine a more perfect, affordable place for a large group to gather. Highly recommend without reservation!!!

I've stayed in about eight Airbnb and similar accommodations over the past couple of years, and this is by far the most luxurious and well appointed place I've stayed. New appliances, fancy shower, lovely beds, great open living spaces, and beautiful outdoor surroundings. The owner's communication was pro-active and very helpful, both before and during the stay. Outstanding stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay. The living room and kitchen were spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms were great (once up the stairs it’s very cozy) and gave you the feeling of old town living. The home was close to everything - uber’d to our destinations easily. The airport (Logan) was only 10-15 minutes away (with no traffic). We will definetly stay again when we return to Boston/Medford.

We had an amazing stay and felt right at home. If there were any questions or issues(parking, trash, codes) Jenny responded almost immediately. We felt comfortable in the area and there is a ton to do. We will definitely book again with Jenny the next time we are in the area.

2nd time we’ve stayed here and had another great stay! Really bright, clean, and comfortable space for 6 people. floor plan makes it so you never feel on top of each other, and with great hangout space in living room. Close walk to the beach and easy into downtown. The host was very responsive and on top of fixing an issue during our weekend. Don’t miss the sunset club nearby if weather cooperates! Both our weekends have been rainy and the place is spacious enough we didn’t feel totally cooped up, but hoping next time we can take advantage of the nice deck and proximity to the ocean. Definitely recommend!

Great space, great communicative host, and a perfect spot from downtown. The host accommodated for our toddlers with extra toys, pack and play and a high chair. Everything we needed was available and the space was perfect for all 6 adults comfortably. I would definitely stay here again if we go back to the Boston area! Thank you to Chishom for making it a memorable stay!

Anda’s place is bright, light, spacious, and super clean. It looks like it’s been recently updated and has very high quality finishes, fixtures, and furnishings. Everything is pretty and functions well. The location is also excellent. We brought a car and appreciated the parking permit provided. In every way this place is at the top of all the Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. It was a real pleasure to stay here and I highly recommend it!

Great location! The beds were very comfortable and the home was very clean. Loved having some staples like shampoo and conditioner there.

The house is located in Brookline and specifically on a very beautiful street lined with gorgeous trees. Homes on this street have history and are very interesting as you stroll into town, which is 5 minutes away directly on that street. The Brookline town has a handful of great restaurants so you can easily choose to do a "local night" instead of downtown Boston. Getting into Boston proper is simple with the tram that leaves from central Brookline - we took it to visit Fenway Park. The house itself has a classical feel to it and gorgeous old floors and staircase. The patio was lovely as well, with surrounding trees. Be advised though, you SHARE the massive house with 2 other renters. You never see them, because they take up separate spaces and separate entrances to the large house. However you DO hear random walking and stuff which is what made us ask the owner. It wasn't a big deal at all but something to note. The owner was incredibly responsive and did his best to answer questions.

This spot was great for the four of us traveling. The instructions were so specific on how to get in and park that it made it really easy to know exactly what to do! One thing is there is a train that rattles the house and is loud but it passes quickly. The walls are thin, so if you’re a light sleeper I recommend a white noise machine or app. Would definitely recommend!
