Stayed here recently and honestly, it was one of the chillest spots I’ve been to. The place has a proper cozy vibe. The interiors are clean and minimal, with nice marble flooring and a spiral staircase that gives it a cool look. Dining space is small but comfy enough for a group. The rooftop is where it really hits different. We did a BBQ session there — grilled some fish over charcoal, proper smoky, proper desi style. The setup isn’t fancy but it works perfectly if you're with the right people. That raw rooftop feel with a bit of smoke, rain in the background — can't beat that. Also, the view from the top is just green hills all around. Woke up, had chai sitting on those white chairs outside — peaceful AF. Rains had just hit, so everything smelled fresh and the wooden deck looked slick. Only small thing — bring your own stuff for grilling and maybe some mosquito spray at night. I had a great stay at Nitin's place in Arpora! The location was convenient and peaceful perfect for a relaxing Goan getaway. The space was clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Nitin was an excellent host, always responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth and hassle free. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable spot in North Goa. Five stars!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Goa! The location was perfect—close to the beach, cafes, and shops, yet peaceful and quiet. Absolutely love the location and price of the apartment was also great 👍🏼. Building entrance is getting repaired otherwise apartment was very clean and all the amenities were spot on. It was clean and comfortable. Linet & Rehan both were helpful.

I had a great stay at Meena’s Airbnb! The place was really nice—clean, well-maintained, and stocked with a lot of great amenities that made the stay very comfortable. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, although there wasn’t much nearby, so it’s best if you have your own transportation or just want a relaxing escape. Overall, a lovely, well-equipped spot hosted by someone thoughtful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Apartment was in a gated society. A peaceful place at travellable distance from the beaches in North Goa. Totally worth it!

We had an amazing stay. Sukoon was just neat and clean. Very cool interiors. Sukoon is full of all the necessities including iron , washing machine, hair dryer, oven etc. You will feel right at home. Place is near to candolim beach. I just loved the place. Hearty thanks for hosting us. will visit again.♥️

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay, this is it. Right on the edge of the coastline, the drive to the property is beautiful. The property is built thinking every little comfort in mind.

Amazing stay, would stay again next time i'm in Goa!

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The space is beautifully designed. every corner feels thoughtfully curated, with a perfect blend of comfort and style. The decor is modern yet cozy, and it truly felt like a serene escape. Everything was spotless, and the little details (like the soft lighting, artwork, and cozy furnishings) made it feel extra special. Communication with the host was seamless, and check-in was a breeze.

I would recommend anyone this place who wants to have an peaceful day in his/her life.

My stay at Jen's place was amazing. the flat has all the appliances listed and more. It actyslly looks better in real than in the pictures - it's clean, spacious, bright and airy, plus big balcony with the view on the pools. Both, check-in and check-out, went quickly & smoothly, security guys at the gate are friendly and welcoming. The apartments are located off the main road, so it's peaceful and quiet around, but all you need is 5min walk and you're back to vibrant surrounding full of bars, restaurants etc. Beach is 10-15 min walk away. There are also ATM nearby (always useful) and taxi stand in case if you wanna get somewhere farther. But most importantly - Jen is a star! we kept in touch during my stay, she is friendly, was extremely helpful on multiple occasions, her English is top-notch, so the communications was brilliant, and there was never any issues. I highly highly recommend! 👍🙂
