loved the place- its aesthetic just like the photos, feels luxurious and very well maintained. value for money. the location is great and easy to find. just that parking in the basement will pillars around makes it a bit difficult for some people, but then you can always park on the road... there is a security guard 24*7 which is the best part... the swimming pool is bit small and rectangular but no complaints, it is the way it is, the good this is that its well maintained and has greenery around... the caretaker Chandan and Umesh were very helpful.. Umesh specially cleaned the house daily and he's very polite.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Sequeira! The place was homely, welcoming and beautifully maintained. I would really love to come back here, the next time I am in Goa.

Very spacious 1bhk, with all amenities… felt right at home

We stayed at SunMaya for 4 days and it genuinely felt like a home away from home — safe, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. We visited during the monsoons, and the balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy the weather. The living room and bedroom are both spacious and easily accommodate 3 people. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with modern fixtures that added to the overall comfort The kitchen is well-equipped, which we appreciated, but the only drawback was the presence of Ants, which did affect the experience a bit. It’s something that could be looked into to make the stay even better 🤗 Meenu was a fantastic host — super responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and hope to return soon ❤️ Thank you for a lovely stay!

The location is ideal for families looking for a private place close to beaches. It is more suited for someone who has a vehicle at their disposal as it a walk to main road. The kitchen is well equipped for breakfast and quick meals. I would recommend it.

We had such a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and helpful — she gave us great recommendations on places to visit and things to do, and was always available whenever we needed anything. The home was perfect for our family — I stayed with my husband, our 5-year-old daughter, and my parents, and we all felt so comfortable and welcomed. The highlight was definitely the pool, which our daughter absolutely loved! Everything was clean, cozy, and just as described. It was a truly lovely experience, and we would absolutely stay here again!

The best decision to stay here. Noor at the property was extremely helpful and courteous and made sure my stay was super comfortable and safe. The property is located inside a gated community. The security is great, and it's a good place, not too far from the city areas. It is quite, serene amd comfortable. The pluge pool is small, but enough to "plunge" with two people. The community pool is cleaned daily and it is quite big. The stay was awesome and everything was very clean and tidy.

You rarely come across someone who truly gets what it means to be a host. Shaeen was one of those rare gems. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like we weren’t just guests — we were family. She was incredibly understanding, always ready to help, and super clear with her instructions (which, trust me, makes a world of difference when you're tired and figuring out things in a new place). But what truly stood out was how she went above and beyond — at every step. There were moments when she could’ve just done the basics and we’d still have been satisfied, but she chose to go the extra mile every single time. The sweetest part? She even sent her mom to check in on us — just to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. ❤️ If there’s a “best host” title, I’d say give it to her already. She didn’t just make our stay smooth — she made it memorable.

I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay at Dev's place in Goa! Dev was an absolutely fantastic host, always providing clear instructions and being incredibly helpful with any issues we faced. The flat itself was great – the kitchen, bathroom, and even the jacuzzi were all top-notch. It's amazing how much he managed to provide for the price, truly exceeding expectations. For anyone seeking a peaceful and exceptional stay in North Goa, I wholeheartedly recommend this place. It's worth every single penny! Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

My stay at Jen's place was amazing. the flat has all the appliances listed and more. It actyslly looks better in real than in the pictures - it's clean, spacious, bright and airy, plus big balcony with the view on the pools. Both, check-in and check-out, went quickly & smoothly, security guys at the gate are friendly and welcoming. The apartments are located off the main road, so it's peaceful and quiet around, but all you need is 5min walk and you're back to vibrant surrounding full of bars, restaurants etc. Beach is 10-15 min walk away. There are also ATM nearby (always useful) and taxi stand in case if you wanna get somewhere farther. But most importantly - Jen is a star! we kept in touch during my stay, she is friendly, was extremely helpful on multiple occasions, her English is top-notch, so the communications was brilliant, and there was never any issues. I highly highly recommend! 👍🙂
