Jorge is an excellent host, he was attentive to us before and during the stay. The apartment is impeccable, very cute and has everything you need. The building is very nice and very quiet! We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Location, nice balcony, spacious, clean and thoughtful design. Warm love of family with oodles of family photos, and a clear ocean and marine theme throughout the apartment. Julio responds quickly to any inquiries. I recommend Uber over any taxi that might be offered via the reception desk. Enjoyed my stay here.

Excellent place to spend a few magnificent days in Cartagena highly recommended

This place is amazing! My wife and I stayed here for 10 days and loved it. Really charming house with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The rooftop st sunset is incredible. It’s right in the middle of Cartagena with great restaurants, bars and coffee shops on your doorstep - but the apartment still feels private and safe as it is set back from the street with a locked gate and 24/7 guard at reception. Could not recommend it more highly!

I booked this place for my husband’s family to stay at during our wedding week. The staff was super responsive, let them check in early, organized a traditional cooked meal for them at the house, etc. Highly recommend!

They were very helpful and flexible! I recommend staying here! It’s perfect for a big group, spacious, clean and well located!

Appreciated all the special touches. They had fresh fruit for us in the fridge, bottled water (a must have), and everything perfectly clean and in order. Do not be surprised that there is no air conditioning in the living areas, but the bedrooms stayed nice and cool with the AC. The actual house is gorgeous inside. If the walls could talk, I’d love to know who lived there. I wish I knew more about the history of the place. So Roberto, when you read this if you know please add that to the description or leave that information somewhere visible. That would be fun to know. Roberto would communicate with us every day, asking if we needed anything. And they provided a cleaning lady, which came as no extra charge.

We felt at home. It was 10 days and with a spacious room and an apartment to live in Cartagena, the experience was memorable.

Manfred was a fantastic host—very responsive and accommodating. The property itself is beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. It’s centrally located, making it easy to walk to bars, clubs, restaurants, and take in the stunning architecture and vibrant culture of the walled city. While the area is lively and can get a bit loud, it didn’t bother my friends and me at all—we still slept great. Highly recommend this place, 10/10!

the apt is excellent for families up to 8 people, it has its private parking, it is a clean, quiet and pleasant space. It has many pools and more if you go with small children, it has a very quiet beach and in a very good sector. It has a nearby ARA that allows you to buy everything you need for your stay. The host is very attentive to everything.

Place looks as shown in the pictures. A bit of noise given that faces the main highway, but at the end not an issue for us. A great location in Cartagena and building was very well maintained with good facilities like the gym.

The apartment complex is great, the amenities, pool area, and even the easy access to the beach were an absolute plus! Supermarket just a few meters from the entrance, the kitchen worked perfect, and the apartment had clean linen, towels and beach towels! You can definitely see corrosion because of the sea, on some parts of the complex and even the apartment, but for us is totally understandable since we are within meters from the ocean and there are always staff members working and fixing. Elsa the administrator is a 10, she was always responsive, giving us extra tips an even helping us when we left the key inside by mistake (thanks again Elsa) We will come back again, this apartment is an excellent choice for family and friends!

It was a really nice apartment! The building complex is fantastic, featuring two pools and direct access to the beach right in front. There are supermarkets and small shops just next door, which is super convenient. Downtown is only a 10-minute drive away, and Uber is a good option as taxis tend to be more expensive. The apartment is well-equipped for longer stays — you can easily cook your own meals, and there’s a washer-dryer available for laundry. One note: the shower in the second bedroom is quite small, so it seems better suited for children than adults. There’s a restaurant at the hotel next to the complex — definitely try it out, it’s amazing! My recommendation: Posta Cartagenera.

Stunning apartment with great ocean views, clean, spacious and bright throughout. Lots of space on both balcony's, located in a great place within the old city. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Everything was perfect, cleanliness, comfort, security, location, good dialogue and the conversations were very accurate, pleasant and respectful. Pros: Everything, I actually enjoy it a lot Cons: For me none I definitely go back there
