Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Salinas

Me gustaría que en el futuro se permita llevar perritos 😬, aparte la casa es grande creo q se podría llevar 2 personas adicionales.

We enjoyed our stay! No more than 15 minutes to get anywhere in the area. It is a quiet and safe community. We were able to take nightly walks after grilling with no issues. The home is very cozy and could use some updates but that would not prevent us from returning. Everything that is posted is at the home and ready to use. Thank you for everything Janina and hope to see you again!

The apartment is beautiful and very modern. It is closed to la Milina beach which is a peaceful paradise. Jennifer was very kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we have the best experience. Auntie Jackie was also very helpful.

Hicimos una pequeña reunión con toda mi familia y fue un lugar que encajo perfectamente con lo que quería. Todo estuvo muy bien 🙂 Victor es un gran anfitrión. Mi familia y yo disfrutamos mucho la estancia.

Todo estuvo espectacular. 100% RECOMENDADO. Volvería a hospedarme en esta casa sin ninguna duda. Tiene todas las comodidades, fácil de llegar, las habitaciones súper cómodas y todo estaba muy limpio. Karla siempre estuvo muy pendiente a cualquier duda o requerimiento y siempre brindó una pronta ayuda. Excelente opción para hospedarme.

Nos hospedamos en la casa de Patricio durante un fin de semana extendido en Salinas y la experiencia fue excelente. La casa es muy bonita, limpia y cómoda, ideal para descansar en familia. La zona nos pareció tranquila y segura, perfecta para relajarse. Patricio fue muy amable y siempre estuvo pendiente de que estuviéramos bien, muy atento y rápido para responder cualquier duda. ¡Sin duda volveríamos y la recomendamos totalmente!

Me pareció muy buena la atención del alojamiento en general todo muy limpio , la persona que nos recibió excelente y todo el personal ,solo una observación que la piscina no estaba climatizada

Great place, great location, very safe place, comfortable, clean, and with all the amenities me and my family needed for this trip. In regards of René and Maite, great hosts. Very responsive, very respectful, they were very attentive to every detail to make our stay memorable; and it was memorable.

The stay at Silvia's place was very relaxing and quiet, which was something I was looking for. The swimming pool and beach access are a definite plus to staying here. A large modern shopping mall and grocery store are about a ten minute walk from the building. The building staff was very helpful with the check-in process, and the guards were friendly and were helpful in calling a taxi when needed. The apartment itself was clean and functional. Only one air conditioner in a bedroom did not seem to function, but the other two worked fine when needed. I informed Silvia of the air conditioner and she was responsive about checking on it. In fact the the air was not needed that often, just during the hottest part of the day. In the evening the fans kept the place cool with the terrace door open to the ocean breeze, and the sound of the surf made for pleasant sleeping at night.

David was an excellent host. Every communication was promptly responded to. He is also bilingual, which was very helpful since my Spanish is very poor. Would definitely recommend his condo to anyone who wants to enjoy Salinas Ecuador, the best way possible!

Beth’s place was great. She worked with me to get me in as quickly as possible. It was clean and comfortable. Great shower, comfortable bed and awesome view. The area was quiet, away from all the loud party people on the other end of the Melicon. The only drawback was if you are staying more than a weekend, there no laundry services nearby. It was a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!

Recomiendo alojarse en este Airbnb, el anfitrión es muy amable. El lugar es súper tranquilo, seguro y acogedor. Me encantó alojarme en este lindo lugar. 10/10
