I have to begin by congratulating the Ramírez family for building a place that more than a few villas is a magical place where the dreams of a humble and hardworking family became a reality the activity in the outdoor activity hall was beautiful. The pool party of the quinceañera was something unforgettable for her and the whole family beyond all that we could gather the family and spend a night of rest and tranquility where we enjoyed the little plasoneta in the forest where you meditate a lot and I was able to release all that stress from the work and daily life we enjoyed a night in the pool under the stars and with the peace and quiet that you only find in this magical place called Ramírez Thank you God for letting us live this unique experience in life and thank you Ramírez

Great location to the center of town. Lots of cute little restaurants and bars. 2 playgrounds within walking distance. The one in the center is more updated. Small beach area across the street but some really nice beaches about 20 minute drive. The house itself is perfect. 3 bedrooms. Nice kids room with large bunk bed. Hosts provide beach chairs. Nice accommodations!

We stayed here for a work thing, and it was perfect for our needs. SO CLEAN. Five of us stayed comfortably, with AC'd bedrooms that PUMP the COLDEST AIR-- it was a much-needed escape from the heat!! Public areas in the unit don't have AC, but we didn't mind. Kitchen has used / sticky utensils and somwhat limited cooking supplies, but enough to get the job done. No oven (upstairs-- can't remember if there was one downstairs). The area is... charming. Stray dog fights at night made for exciting memories. The beach is literally 100 yards outside the patio door, but it's not quite the beach you'd go swimming in-- those beaches are a short drive down the road. But if you love a beautiful sunsets and peaceful sunrises made for pleasant evenings and mornings. All in all, I would certainly return!!

The place was very comfortable with the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing time. The ocean breeze felt very good and the sound of the waves was soothing to the mind. This place had everything you could need for a nice getaway. Maria was very friendly and responsive, and the instructions given were clear. Getting to the place was a breeze, very accessible, and close to restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The beach is right in the backyard; can’t get any better than that. Will definitely visit again in the future.

A pleasant place, very spacious and with a spectacular view. The sea in front allows you to spend a very pleasant few days; in addition, the very cozy pool in front of the beach allows you to enjoy the view. The home is very comfortable for the whole family; it has everything you need to have an excellent stay.

the host was very responsive to all of our questions. the place had nice attention to detail like wine glasses, a keurig, games, books, tennis rackets. the kids loved the pool.

Hotel is a cute tucked away gem. I do hope they update listing stating its an actual hotel also listing had a coffee maker and there was none in the room and was one of the reasons why I rented because I like to make my own in the room and went to gron desk and they clarified there was a mistake in listing. There is also no laundry facilities available if you need to wash clothes. Beautiful location, clean rooms, parking and centrally located close to top salinas restaurants. Highly recommend

I fell in LOVE with this property. You are paying for the views of the SUNRISES, and they are worth every penny! The home is simple, but the beach and views of the mountains are SO BEAUTIFUL. The beach in front of the home has rock reef so you can’t swim in the ocean right there, but the tides cause little pools full of nature (anenomes, urchins, hermit crabs, little crabs, tiny fishes) and we LOVED observing all the beautiful nature in that little ecosystem. We also saw manatee’s on the other side of the rock reef! A 15-20min beach walk to the left and there are sandybeach to ocean swim. I rec water shoes (rocks/sea urchins) There are two homes on the same property that share VERY NICE POOL, basketball court + beach access. Home was VERY CLEAN. The kitchen cabinets are aging, but the granite countertops are in great condition. No screens on the windows, so we couldn’t sleep with windows open which I would have loved. AC was plenty cold.

Very good location, close to beaches, restaurants, bakeries and bars. Great for couples. Quiet and safe area.
