Cozy chalet on the edge of the lake

[Coin idyllique aux portes de Paris] Ce petit chalet en bord de lac date de 1984, il a été redecoré mais a besoin d'être rénové, c'est pourquoi je le mets en location afin de récolter des fonds pour les travaux. Tout est fonctionnel, il y a juste l'étage qui n'est pas accessible. Chalet situé dans une résidence privée avec un grand lac idéal pour se baigner et pêcher. Accès direct au lac depuis le jardin. Chalet équipé du wifi très bon débit CLIMATISATION reversible
