Beach is a 2 minute walk across the street. 10 minutes to Browns Seafood restaurant, Ice Cream, Groceries & more. 2+ Parking spots. We follow the Advanced Clean Protocol.

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

Cottage includes 3BRs/2 full Bths (shower & tub/shower) - sleeps 7. Wide-open cathedral ceiling living/dining/kitchen, a side door leads to an outdoor shower and grilling area, patio sitting area off the front entrance. Walk to local restaurants, 5-min drive (walkable) to Hampton, 10 min drive to Newburyport MA, and close to Portsmouth NH and Kittery, ME.

Included with your rental are bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. The owners occupy this property and are easily available.
