The apartment is located in the center of Pälkäne. The housing association is peaceful and quiet. There is an absolute ban on parties/events in the apartment! Guests are required to have a "Good Experience", i.e. previous stays at other properties have been without bad reviews. The apartment's glazed balcony overlooks Mallasvesi. The terrain of Pälkäne Harju is a stone's throw away, where you can find a disc golf course and fitness stairs. Sappee Bike Park is about 22 km away and the "house" beach is close to the apartment.

From the terrace of Villa Mimiksen you can enjoy magnificent views of the back of the Great Oksjärvi. Enjoy the whirlpool of the hot tub, or venture into the lake through the beach sauna. A beach sauna, a large terrace and three bedrooms offer relaxing accommodation for family and friends. Good equipment meets even the most demanding needs. A short drive from the center of Tampere, but still a quiet and private location.

Come unwind in a peaceful and cozy cabin with family, friends, or even a small work team. The cabin is in a quiet location, but still close to the activities and hustle and bustle of Himoksa. The nearest downhill ski slopes are about 3 km away, and the ski resort is about 6 km away. On weekends, you can visit Himos Arena to listen to artists and enjoy the great atmosphere. In the summer, there is a swimming spot about 300 meters away, so it’s easy to go for a morning swim. There’s plenty to do all year round!

Villa Mylly in Näsijärvi

At Villa Mylly you will stay in a peaceful and stylish environment. Completed in 2024, the villa is located in the Paarlahti of Näsijärvi, just a 30-minute drive from the center of Tampere. The place is also accessible by bus. The villa has all the modern day amenities such as an indoor toilet and shower. Accommodates 4 adults and 1 child. The beach sauna is available for an additional fee (25€). The sauna (which is also available for an additional fee of €25) is available during the summer (5.1-9.30).

Welcome to our private cottage to enjoy your stay! Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included (airfryer, no oven), big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you.

A modern Ski-in/Ski-out villa with private outdoor hot tub and a large private sauna. A dining table for 12/14 people and a well equipped kitchen. Five different sized bedroomds and a small sleeping loft provide beds for 14 persons. Villa Pipo in located right next to ski pistes and beautiful forest trails for no-snow season activities. The back door patio has outdoor seating for all guests and a separate grill station with a coal grill. Front yard has enough space for six cars.

This new (10/2025) triangular cottage is located on the shore of a small lake just a 20-minute drive from the center of Tampere, but in the middle of a large wooded plot, it feels like you are in the middle of the wilderness. Wake up to the birds singing, enjoy your morning coffee on the jetty and watch the mist rise from the water. Take a hiking or mountain bike trip in a nearby nature park or try your luck at fishing. Evening sauna, hot tub, fireplace and starry sky crown the day.

You have access to a rare, atmospheric 19th-century log cabin with a living room/kitchen, terrace, sauna, and dressing room - 52 m in total. The rocky beach of Längelmävesi, with open views of Isoniemenselä. A slope plot that opens in the direction of south-west, tall pines, coastline 90m, hard-bottomed beach. A place decorated with a heart: I drive patina, old objects, beautiful details, hand carved logs. Rowing boat in use and fishing possible. A personalized outdoor toilet.
