The apartment is located in the center of Pälkäne. The housing association is peaceful and quiet. There is an absolute ban on parties/events in the apartment! Guests are required to have a "Good Experience", i.e. previous stays at other properties have been without bad reviews. The apartment's glazed balcony overlooks Mallasvesi. The terrain of Pälkäne Harju is a stone's throw away, where you can find a disc golf course and fitness stairs. Sappee Bike Park is about 22 km away and the "house" beach is close to the apartment.

Villa Myllyssä majoitut rauhallisessa ja tyylikkäässä ympäristössä. Vuonna 2024 valmistunut huvila sijaitsee Näsijärven Paarlahdessa, vain 30 min ajomatkan päässä Tampereen keskustasta. Kohteeseen pääsee myös bussilla. Huvilassa kaikki nykypäivän mukavuudet, kuten sisävessa ja suihku. Majoittumaan mahtuu 4 aikuista ja yksi lapsi. Rantasauna on käytössä lisämaksusta (25€). A cozy little guest cottage in the courtyard of a country house in a beautiful rural village. Sleeping arrangements for two adults and two children. In the kitchenette, there is a hot plate, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and refrigerator. Outside at the end of the cottage is a terrace where the evening sun shines.
