If you are the kind of traveler whose purpose and travel is to take delight in the serendipitous experiences that you might encounter along your way, you will adore Celine‘s place. The experience we had staying there will be one, I am certain, I will cherish for the rest of my life. Celine‘s hospitality was unmatched. She spent time with each guest personally and shared her passion for hospitality. The accommodations were comfortable and provided everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful and expertly maintained. But what stood out the most was the communal meal each morning and night, where Celine’s expert cooking reflected in every single thing that we ate or drank. Do yourself a favor and visit this place if you would all can.

Ousmane welcomed us late when we had an unforeseen event, with great flexibility. There was a small problem with the number of people and he found a solution very easily. Very respectful, he can offer you good advice while remaining discreet and attentive. The house is consistent with the photos, pleasant, quiet and very clean. Go ahead and enjoy a great stay and encourage Ousmane's efforts to improve the value for money compared to other listings in general in the area.

Unforgettable stay in this wonderful place. We had an idyllic and peaceful time at this very warm floating cabin, offering an overwhelming view of the river and the sunset. Wonderful house, very close to the beach (5 mins walking) and very close to small shops where we bought our daily needs. Adijia (sister) and her family were EXTREMELY friendly and lovely people who welcomed us like we were family. The place was very clean, spacious with air conditioning and mosquito nets. It was a wonderful stay. If we go back, we certainly will stay there again. Thank you!

Great welcome, Alboury was very attentive during our stay and he is a great cook, we enjoyed ourselves! He was kind enough to also offer us the services of his driver who was very friendly and attentive with us. A very good experience in Mbour in short! Thank you very much 😊

I enjoyed staying with Assy in her apartment in Saly Portudal very much. Communication with Assy was very kind and respectful. If you are good on foot, you can easily get everywhere (beach, shops, public transport). The area was also safe, I guess. The apartment is beautifully large, lovingly decorated and the cleanliness totally meets my requirements. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is nice and large and also clean. There weren't many mosquitoes and it wasn't very hot, so I didn't need the air conditioning. But that's probably because of the season. A few cooking pots would certainly be helpful in the kitchen. But I wasn't here to cook. In short, if I travel to Senegal again, I will definitely try to stay here again. Thanks for the wonderful stay. Marco

Thanks to Elhadji for hosting us. The accommodation is beautiful and quiet 2 min walk from the beach I will return for my future stays in Mbour!

We loved our stay at Auberge La Praline in Toubakouta. The accommodation was simple but clean and pleasant, and very spacious. The pool was wonderful and the kids loved playing in it. Above all there was a friendly atmosphere and this is a relatively small and intimate place to stay. Toubakouta is a beautiful small town and well worth a visit, but the expert suggestions of Yéyé (apologies if i've spelt it wrong) about what to do and offers to help arranging excursions, drivers, boat tours are well worth your time. All the staff were helpful, friendly and laid back and we really enjoyed our stay here.

We had the most incredible stay at Bintou’s. She was extremely kind and welcoming, plus we shared much great conversation over traditional Senegalese meals. You have to stay here if you are coming to Ndangane!

We had a lovely stay at Bernard and Sandy's. They are super welcoming and friendly. The food was great! The cottages are fine and the pool was large and nice and cooling. The Bandia reserve is within walking distance, as is the Bandia Ranch and Acro Baobab. A place to relax and unwind.

The space was very quiet and pleasant, perfect for resting. Martine is a very friendly, available and warm host. She gives very clear instructions, which really makes it easy to check in and out. I highly recommend it!

Great accommodation. I stayed for 1 month and we felt at home. Marie is great and takes care of her guests. It's more of a guest house than a hotel. We're all together for lunch and dinner. Marie even offers group activities. She is assisted by Alassane who is a super trustworthy guy and who knows his country well. The neighborhood is quiet. Nianing is a little far from everything but it's perfect for a quiet stay. Thanks again for everything. Marie and Alassane, don't change anything. Everything was perfect!

Staying at Mar is a unique experience! The space is super ecological and close to the village . Mar does an excellent job with the community and it's wonderful to hear her talk about the island . It organizes several excursions and serves all meals if you wish . I highly recommend staying at the house of Mar
