Newly remodeled, private, basement apartment with separate entrance. Our space is a large studio apartment with a full size kitchen, washer and dryer for your private use. Located close to many great restaurants as well as ski resorts! Approx. 15 min. from SLC international airport, 37 min. to snowbird, 27 min. to downtown Salt Lake. This rental requires that tenants can safely get down stairs. The fireplace is a simple-to-use electric heater that allows you to control the temperature.
