The apartment is exactly as described in the listing. The region has a market, restaurant, pharmacy, bakery and fast food chains nearby. The place is peaceful and is very close to the Wine Route.

This was the second time I stayed at Maria's apartment and, once again, it was an excellent experience! The place is beautiful, modern, tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The house of Fabiana is spectacular, exactly as in the pictures: wide space, of extreme good taste, super comfortable. The cleaning was spotless. The beds and towels are of high quality. The pool is delicious, the water at the right temperature. We took our dogs and they took advantage of the backyard to play, without worrying about anything (all surrounded and safe). There is an emporium 500 meters from the house that is very well served from everything we wanted to cook. Anyway, we spent a carnival holiday in style, quiet and relaxed. We'll be back as soon as we have another chance.

Rodrigo is a great host! Super nice people, attentive and flexible! The house is wonderful: very clean, organized and comfortable, exactly as in the photos. We had a great stay. The only observation is in relation to the parking space, which is on a very steep slope, so it is good to have some skill to park. Everything else is perfect! I highly recommend it!

Sítio Nova Europa is a paradise! Second time staying there. It is a perfect accommodation for the whole family, with a comfortable home, spacious environments, well decorated, super-equipped kitchen. The pool is delicious, we spend our afternoons sunbathing and refreshing ourselves. We play tennis, have nature tours, enjoy the sauna… everything impeccable! Communication with the host was super easy, and everyone welcomed us with open arms. And it's super close to SP! We did 1 hour door to door. We'll be back many times!

The property is well located, near the Iguatemi mall and with several dining options and supermarkets (Tauste, Carrefour). Parking included, very easy to use. Well-equipped apartment with a large smart TV and well-equipped kitchen, including a washer and dryer. I highly recommend the space.
