Welcome to our house with history! Recanto brings together comfort, tradition and simplicity in a perfect fusion with the mountains. It has a house with a balcony and a garden that can accommodate 2 to 4 people, overlooking a verdant landscape that makes it a harmonious and cozy space. We are located in the Peneda-Gêres National Park, 5 minutes from the center of Ponte da Barca and Arcos de Valdevez, 30 minutes from Spain, 35 minutes from Viana do Castelo and Braga, and 1 hour from Porto.

Peneda-Gerês National Park, Casinha da Levada T1

Casas da Levada are family houses designed and created to provide comfort, conviviality, well-being and unforgettable moments of great tranquility. As the Minho people that we are, we want to provide those who visit us with memorable moments, with an intimate, hospitable and healthy environment. Casas da Levada are rustic in stone and wood. One of the houses, type T2, accommodates up to four people +2 children or 1 adult and the other, type T1, accommodates up to two people.

With panoramic windows that give the environment a sense of spaciousness, they allow natural light to enter and offer stunning views. It features a living room, a fully equipped dining area, an independent bedroom with a private bathroom and shower cabin, a bathroom in the bedroom and a Jacuzzi SPA on an outdoor platform. Let yourself be enveloped by the tranquility of the north of Portugal and enjoy a getaway in the middle of nature with an unobstructed view of the mountains. The cabin has a large comfortable bed, a compact and functional kitchenette for simple meals, a covered terrace with overhead projector, a fenced private garden, a Smart TV and a barbecue. Wood and charcoal not included, "fireplace" pack available on site. Parking closeby. Pool accessible in July and August.

The first bedroom, with a luxurious double bed, is decorated in soft tones that invite rest, while the second bedroom, more intimate and cozy, has a single bed and an atmosphere that combines charm and serenity.

Touvedo São Lourenço is located 5 minutes from the city of Ponte da Barca and less than an hour from Porto airport, as well as 30 minutes from the beach and many other beautiful cities... You can also find river beaches and beautiful waterfalls... Ideal place for hiking, bicycles, quad, buggy and motorcycles with possibility to rent on site.

Froufe Farmhouse

The house of "Sítio de Froufe" is located in Lugar de Froufe, in the parish of S. Miguel between both rivers in the municipality of Ponte da Barca, geographically within the territory of the Peneda Gerês National Park. What is now the "Sítio de Froufe" was for many years used as a shelter for animals and storage for agricultural products.

Quinta das Tendas

Quinta das Tendas is an ideal place for a city getaway. Inserted in a surrounding environment by mountain and stream in the locality of Sil/Grade, Arcos de Valdevez. It is about 10 km from the center of the village and 12 km from the Sanctuary of Peneda. It consists of 2 houses, one main and one recovered for local accommodation.
