We spent 2 nights here and would gladly have spent much longer! The surrounding area is breathtakingly beautiful, with a picture-perfect view of the mountains right outside the window. It's also in a fantastically central location to so many sights and activities. The room itself was spotlessly clean and has been clearly put together with love. It is light and airy, and despite being only one room plus a bathroom, it feels large and spacious so you can spend as much time as you want inside without ever feeling cooped up. The breakfast iss also worth mentioning - all the options you could want are offered and there is a great system in place to order your preferences from a list. Everything was delicious and fresh, especially the overnight oats! Overall, I absolutely recommend this accommodation and thank the hosts for making our stay so lovely 😊

The apartment is centrally located for many beautiful excursion destinations in the surrounding area. After a long hike, you can end the day on the private terrace in peace. The hostess is accommodating, easy and straightforward to reach.

The place was very familiar and the contact with Christin and Josef was warm and uncomplicated. The shared kitchen was very well equipped and cozy. Self-catering is easily possible! And the breakfast with daily fresh roll delivery was a dream.

The garden house is very cozy and there is nothing missing there. The garden is beautiful and our children loved playing there. Peter has many great tips on excursion destinations and even the Easter bunny left us a little something at Peter's place ;) we had a great time and would come back any time.

We loved our stay at Johanna’s cottage. It was perfectly located to walk around town and also easily jump on the highway to head to Salzburg. We planned to use the convenient bus also, but never got around to it. We walked to the bakery and grocery a few times and made great use of the fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and I loved the outside space with my morning coffee. Johanna and her family were very welcoming and made great recommendations of local places to see and eat.

This was a room in the guest house of the hotel "Grüner Baum". A perfect, very clean and quiet room in the center of Zell am See. Excellent location and I was able to park my Vespa in the huge underground parking garage. Great service. Breakfast is awesome and super fresh. Top price/performance and I would gladly recommend it.

Staying with Larissa is high quality. The suite is very modern and has everything you need! The beds are great and the bathroom is very modern and clean. Larissa is a nice and tidy host who welcomed us super. We had a nice stay and would be happy to come back.

We had a few nice days in Roman's apartment. The apartment is very nice, tasteful and well furnished. There is enough space in the apartment for 4 people. Our children slept on the sofa converted to a bunk bed. Everything was very clean and well maintained when we arrived. The kitchen offers almost everything you need for a small breakfast or dinner. The bathroom is also very nicely equipped. The sauna looks very well maintained, but we did not use it. The pool, on the other hand, was very much enjoyed by us and our children. There are enough parking spaces for all cars. Charging points for electric cars are also available. From the accommodation to the center it is about 10 minutes on foot. Finally, we can say that we felt very comfortable and would come back at any time.

Very nice cottage in the green surroundings of Linz with perfect amenities and good connection to the city. Communication with the hosts was flawless! Highly recommended!

Staying at Edna's house, was really the best choice we could have made to enjoy a couple of days immersed in nature, away from noise and busy life. The house is very clean, equipped with everything you need. The view and the location make you appreciate the place even more. Edna was always at complete disposal, offering us perfect service. We will definitely come back! Highly recommended!

I came in and just thought.. okay, wow! A really beautiful apartment that is very tastefully decorated. The bathroom is a little small, but this is complaining to a high standard. I highly recommend the apartment for a short stay 👌🏼

A lovely property. Clearly brand new with great furnishings and equipment. It was spotlessly clean with a comfy bed and living area, and a wonderful bathroom. Great communication from the host meant getting in was no problem at all. The shutters and air con were welcome given the hot weather when we visited. Would definitely use again if we were in this area.

We were highly satisfied with the accommodation, very stylish furnishings, well-equipped kitchen with good, sharp knives (I have never seen this anywhere at this level), cozy beds, more than sufficient supply of towels and sauna towels. We felt very comfortable from the first moment, the children were hardly able to get out of the pool. Feel free to come back anytime, we can fully recommend the place👍🏻😀.

We spent a long weekend in the picturesque Bavarian area. The beautiful house is very well located if you want to make excursions to the lakes and mountains. We felt very comfortable and Sandrien was always available to give information. The garden and the terrace are very nice, but you still have to be a bit careful with infants because they are always interested in exploring something. One last little thing, even though the outside temperatures were very, the floor of the house remains very cool. So don't forget slippers if you don't want cold feet:)

We traveled as a family and loved the place! You have a direct view to the beautiful mountain from the bedrooms. The location is very and it was great to have a parking space. Wilhelm was also very accommodating on arrival and showed us everything.

We had a great stay, everything was perfect from the amenities to cookware, but the best were the surrounding snowy mountain ranges.

Very friendly staff, very clean room with lots of space. Quiet location in general. However, some people in the building were very noisy but otherwise everything worked out. I would love to stay there again.

We had a very pleasant stay. The appartment is located in a separate building. There is a large living room / kitchen with a comfortable sofa, a dining table for two and a small kitchen with the nessesary equipment for two persons. There is a large bathroom with a shower and a toilet. And there is a large bedroom with two (120 cm wide) single beds. The beds are really comfortable. Everything is really clean. And the owners are really helpful and friendly people.

Nice and clean accommodation, corresponds to the photos. We parked right next to the accommodation without any problems. The small downside was that the kitchen lacked some equipment (I recommend bringing your own cutlery), so it was sometimes necessary to improvise. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account that the fridge in the kitchenette is shared, and therefore there is limited space.
