Our recently built lake house is a beautiful 6 bedroom, 4 bath, including 2 master suites! This house sleeps 22 guests, has sandy beach and water access, including Starlink high speed internet! Guests can enjoy the outdoor patio or the view from inside. This >3000 sf house is located in close proximity to the Rayburn Country Resort and Golf Club, as well as restaurants, gas stations, boat ramps, and grocery/convenient stores. Our location is fantastic and we have so much to offer our guests!

Enjoy nature in this luxury lakefront modern guest house in the treetops with fantastic views of Lake Sam Rayburn and the Angelina National Forest. You will have the entire private living space, including your own living room, bedroom, kitchen, full bathroom and 4 decks. Be sure to take a swim in the lake from the sandy beach. Bring your boat: this property is 15 minutes from Umphrey Pavilion and only 1 mile from Sandy Creek Boat Ramp. You are welcome to fish anywhere on the property.

Protected Boat Parking is around the corner and launch at Sandy Creek. Two comfortable bedrooms with queen beds, and one bathroom suitable for four people with the things you need while relaxing and enjoying the lake life. Recently remodeled. Perfect place for a fishing, hunting camp or just a get away. Gas, groceries, deli, donut shop and stores are within a mile. Located 18 minutes to (2) Six Mile Boat Launches and 23 minutes to Sandy Creek Boat Launch at Toledo Bend. Also, 10 Minutes to Mill Creek Boat Launch at Sam Rayburn Lake. Key lock box for check in and out. Plenty parking for boats. Note: If your GPS takes you close to the Pineland Airport, you’re 2 miles south of the Red House.
