The place is very nice, the view is excellent and the pool is a real plan. My family had a really good time.

We had an amazing time in Samaná—this place is true paradise! The apartment was beautiful, and we honestly wished we lived there. The host was so kind, spoke both English and Spanish, and was very accommodating. The service throughout the whole community was incredible. We have stayed in Las Terrenas many many times. This is easily the best place we’ve stayed. The fact that there was hot water alone made this place amazing (it’s normal to not have hot water most times in DR) the place was in PERFECT position to downtown but still off the Main Street enough to have your own space and quiet. Beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and water jugs were ready for us. We really loved this villa and we would stay here every time we come! Thank you so much for having us:)

Perfect stay! My experience was just wonderful! The place is beautiful, with a spectacular view that invites you to rest and disconnect. Everything was impeccably clean and well cared for, with a very quiet atmosphere that is enjoyed from the first moment. The kitchen is fully stocked, ideal for those who enjoy cooking even while traveling. It definitely exceeded my expectations. I recommend it 100% and would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location within the marina/resort was stunning, and the view from the deck was absolutely incredible—such a peaceful spot to relax. The apartment itself was thoughtfully outfitted, with nice touches like bathrobes, and the high wooden ceilings added a lovely sense of space and warmth. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay—comfortable, well-appointed, and in a truly beautiful setting. Highly recommend!

The place was fully equipped with everything you need, just bring a suitcase with clothes and swim suit and you are good to go. Desiree was great, responded quickly to our questions and requests. Two small drawbacks were that one window meshs at the bedroom wasn't connected to the window itself.. so we experienced some mosquitos and bugs at night. Another thing was that the kitchen working places were swarming with ants.. but that didn't bother us too much.

Good place and really, really Fantastic host! Just a few minutes walk to the Malekon, restaurants and small shops. 4 min drive to bigger shops like K-Mill. Alexander gave very clear instructions how to find place, where to park car etc. For some small temporary issue with water (common for all residential areas) he gave us credit! Wow! Definitely worth money and we had great time there. Thank you Alexander!

Juan was an absolutely incredible host. His hospitality is unmatched. Very. Lear instructions, lots of amenities, and a very very clean place. Comfortable bed and great pillows. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

i loved this place so much! Tia is such a great host she is very responsive and makes sure that all of our needs are met. the location is beautiful and the airbnb itself was amazing. would definitely be coming back.

The view here is incredible. The host is very responsive. AC was strong. The apartment even felt a little bit bigger than I imagined. All the windows and view helped with that. I’d recommend renting a vehicle so you can get to and from the place easily as it’s on a hill and while Samana is beautiful there are also so many incredible beaches and natural spots to explore nearby! I really enjoyed my stay here and would love to return.

I've been to this apartment 3 times now. I've also stayed at other condos in the same complex, all since 2015. Security guards, gardener & cleaning personel all k ow me.. I like the location as it's close to the beach & groceries. It's walkable ....no need for moto concho or taxi.

e had a wonderful weekend stay at the Palmas! The apartment was comfortable, clean, and perfect for our family of five. We felt very happy throughout our visit, and it was a great place to stay with kids. The surrounding area was beautiful and full of great options for dining and exploring. The on-site restaurants had delicious food and excellent service. The kids especially loved the pool — it was the perfect size and atmosphere for them to play and have fun. Our absolute favorite part of the trip was the beach. The water was pristine and calm — ideal for a relaxing family beach day. Having access to chairs, loungers, and an umbrella made everything even better. One of the highlights of the apartment itself was the terrace. It was the perfect spot for dinners and late-night conversations while listening to the sound of the waves. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, great amenities, and beach getaway!

This stay was perfect! The space was impeccable—clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The complex itself was also well-maintained, clean, and felt very safe. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. The nearby beaches were absolutely beautiful, and the people in the area were incredibly warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

We had a great time. the apartment was clean with the top amenities! the setting is idyllic and relaxing. Big plus on the bed which is extremely comfortable. Small recommendation: Plan to check in before 7pm. We arrived a little late with the entry code not working. Fortunately our host was very responsive and could easily find us a solution, but the late hour created a little stress for us at the moment.

Beautiful and quiet accommodation, in a spectacular complex. Mayte's service was exceptional, always attentive and with quick responses. It saved my husband and me, since at 9:00 PM we had to leave the accommodation where we were previously staying with another host due to multiple situations. I wrote to Mayte, she quickly replied that we could get to her property and when we got to her accommodation, everything was impeccable and as expected, thus giving us back the calm and tranquility we needed. 100% recommended and look forward to returning soon.

Amazing full kitchen! Great flowers on the premises. Warm shared pool. And lovely apartment layout right by one of the best beaches on the island. We are definitely hope to stay in this Airbnb in the future!

It’s a very beautiful accommodation, very clean and spacious. Good bathroom, good shower, super comfortable bed. The pool area is beautiful too. Camila was great and let us in early as we arrived early. The fridge stopped working while we were there and she had a new larger fridge delivered the next day, so appreciated as the weather was nice and sunny so we needed cold drinks. The patio is very large and overlooks the pool area and the street. There are great restaurants across the street, like Sparrows and Dos Gringos. Also very close to the main downtown area. We rented a scooter and drove to many beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our time and would go again. Thank you for a lovely stay.
