We had a great time at Erickson's apartment. The development is very quiet, you have the beach right in front and a lot of restaurants next door. The apartment has all the amenities you can expect and is very well maintained. Communication with Erickson has been great, he has answered my questions and made recommendations for us to do during our stay.

Our host Desirée was very helpful and responsive. She always replied swiftly. We had some last minute requests, such as postponing the checkout and scheduling a taxi, and she helped us immediately without any problems. She also gave us a lot of tips and recommendations. Highly appreciated. The apartment is located close to the beach (5min. walk), restaurants (7-10min.), and mini supermarkets (10min.) which we found very convenient.

A must stay!! Do not over think it. You will enjoy this place. The place is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. Lots to do but felt very private and secure throughout our stay. Judy is the best! Don’t miss out on booking this place.

We loved everything about this place. The apartment is impeccable, with everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. The decor and atmosphere convey peace from the moment you arrive. The best thing, without a doubt, is the location: an almost private beach, away from the hustle and bustle, perfect for resting, disconnecting and enjoying nature at its best. It is in one of the most beautiful and quiet areas of Las Terrenas, a true paradise. Definitely one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at. We'll definitely be back!

Perla is a delightful host! She clearly communicated directions to the house and info about the electricity deposit. The space was pristine and peaceful at night - construction next door during the day wasn’t really a bother since we were out early. The hot water in the downstairs shower ran out quickly and it was a little too cool at night to use the Picuzzi but otherwise a magical place to stay at the start of our DR trip. Would recommend having a car to get to and from.

Excellent place. Comfortable, clean and attentive to every detail, the nearby beach is beautiful and waiting for the sunset there was everything. The host was super attentive to my family. We will definitely be back.

Our stay at the place was beautiful. The view will take your breath away. The equipment of the apartment is very good. You will find everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. We felt very comfortable and the hostess was extremely friendly and helpful with all concerns. The manager Jannis on site also helps with everything. Many thanks for his commitment this morning when our car didn't jump on. We would recommend the place to anyone.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Punta Playa Popy in Las Terrenas! The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and a quick walk to tons of great restaurants, cafes, shops, and activities. Everything you could want is less than 5 minutes away! The property itself is stunning, with a beautiful pool area that’s perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The beach nearby is breathtaking, and the vibe of the whole area is peaceful yet full of life. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were modern, clean, and brand new, we truly felt at home and it was dream come true vacation! The hosts are outstanding: welcoming, responsive, and full of great local tips that made our trip even better. If you're thinking of coming to Las Terrenas, this is the place to stay. It’s central, lovely, and full of charm. Can’t wait to return—we highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway in Samaná!
