Waterfront holiday rentals in Samaná Province

This is an excellent property that is secure, well maintained and an easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The condo had all the amenities listed , showers with hot water and comfortable beds. Vanessa did a great job keeping us updated and answered our questions in a timely manner. We would definitely consider staying here on future visits.

My family and I really enjoyed it. It was an excellent place, just as described. I think that in the future when I return to Las Terrenas it will be my first choice. The beach was just a few minutes walk away, it wasn't that pretty, it was just very peaceful since it isn't commercially exploited like other beaches. However, there are other options, like Playa Galera, which is a bit close but a very nice experience, since it's my first time in the Dominican Republic. I will return soon.

We had an amazing time in Samaná—this place is true paradise! The apartment was beautiful, and we honestly wished we lived there. The host was so kind, spoke both English and Spanish, and was very accommodating. The service throughout the whole community was incredible. This is an amazing oasis in the middle of Las Terrenas. The space is extremely clean, the most clean airbnb I’ve ever stayed ever! The space is very chic and beautiful. The beds are very comfortable and the views are incredible with balconies that surround the apartment from every room. If you want a beautiful space in a quiet area this is the one.

Juan was an absolutely incredible host. His hospitality is unmatched. Very. Lear instructions, lots of amenities, and a very very clean place. Comfortable bed and great pillows. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

Beautiful villa! Our hosts were very attentive, resolved all our doubts and treated us like we were part of their family. The villa was in perfect condition, and had everything we could need: beach towels, beach chairs, sunblock, repellents, soaps, and kitchen items.

We spent 4 nights in a beautiful villa close to the beach. The host was responsive, everything went well, I recommend it for a small group or family who would like to be quiet in las terrenas.

Open arrival we were totally enchanted by the beauty of the views and surroundings. The house was very clean and our beds were very comfortable too. We especially loved hanging out by the serene pool and gazebo. Lindsay gave us amazing places to see and to enjoy the natural beauty that the DR has to offer. She was very responsive to our every need. I would highly recommend coming to visit her home.

The place looked exactly like the photos — clean, cozy, and very well-kept. It’s clear that the host puts a lot of effort into making guests feel comfortable: the house had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The open-concept villa, surrounded by nature, is tastefully and elegantly decorated — minimalist, serene, and full of charm. With private beach access, a large private pool, and a spacious, tree-filled property, everything invites peace and relaxation. The house was spotless, thanks to a kind and professional cleaning team, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A heartfelt thank you to Yocasty, for her warm welcome and respectful, smooth communication. She personally greeted us and showed us around the house, and even welcomed us with fresh fruit and handmade bread from the women of the village — a touching gesture The location is also ideal: close to gorgeous beaches and plenty of activities. Our stay at the place was beautiful. The view will take your breath away. The equipment of the apartment is very good. You will find everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. We felt very comfortable and the hostess was extremely friendly and helpful with all concerns. The manager Jannis on site also helps with everything. Many thanks for his commitment this morning when our car didn't jump on. We would recommend the place to anyone.

I had already stayed in this residential complex, but not in this apartment, and it was an extraordinary change. Rosio is always attentive and the apartment has everything you need to enjoy the land. It fully matches the description and all the amenities. 100% recommended, we hope to return soon!

It was a really nice place the apartment is was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay definitely I will recommend if you want to visit the area you we be close by to all the good restaurants from the area the beach will just going out of the complex!

Our stay at this condo was absolutely fantastic! The host, Jose, was incredibly detailed, providing us with all the information we needed for a seamless experience. The condo itself was impeccably clean and the location was perfect. Being right across from the beach was a dream, and we loved being able to walk to numerous bars and restaurants within minutes. Jose was a truly gracious host, always very responsive to any questions we had. We sincerely hope to come back and stay here again soon!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Punta Playa Popy in Las Terrenas! The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and a quick walk to tons of great restaurants, cafes, shops, and activities. Everything you could want is less than 5 minutes away! The property itself is stunning, with a beautiful pool area that’s perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The beach nearby is breathtaking, and the vibe of the whole area is peaceful yet full of life. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were modern, clean, and brand new, we truly felt at home and it was dream come true vacation! The hosts are outstanding: welcoming, responsive, and full of great local tips that made our trip even better. If you're thinking of coming to Las Terrenas, this is the place to stay. Julissa was very kind, attentive and made sure everything was perfect from the start. Alba, the lady who takes care of the house and cooks, was super sweet, helpful and welcoming; her food was delicious and made us feel at home. The house is beautiful; spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It feels like a private tropical retreat, surrounded by nature and with quick and easy access to the beach. Quiet, relaxing and everything we expected. A place to visit again.
