Линура is a very good host. If you speak Russian, you can always call her and she is always ready to help you. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and looks newly renovated. The road ends as a cul-de-sac and you can't hear the nearby main road. We stayed there in May and enjoyed the air conditioning. With the right taxi you can drive for little more than €1 to Registan and all the inner-city offers. Overall, we were 4 seniors extremely satisfied and say thank you very much.

I am a Chinese and the host was very friendly, easy to communicate with and willing to help us. It was a perfect trip.

Very nice and modern apartment, a lot of space and lights. The quality of the equipment is higher than what I‘ve seen in Central Asia. I would defenitely book again. It might be a bit far from center but honestly the good restaurants, the gym, etc are far away from each other anyway so you end up taking cheap taxis no matter where you stay. Azizjon was very kind and let me in earlier which I highly appreciated cause my train had arrived early in the morning! Thank you so much. Btw there is a little convenience store right next to the building.

We loved our stay at Aziza’s place! It was very clean and comfortable, and had lots of space and everything we needed. It was also within walking distance of the Registan and any restaurants. Aziza was very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend staying here!

Very spacious house, we were in a pleasant surprise from the landscape around. Our family really enjoyed relaxing and spending these days in such a pleasant environment away from the city noise in the fresh nature. The host and his sisters showed the house and helped with all household issues. There were all the amenities for a comfortable stay. And also we had a mini-tour for village life, giving us the opportunity to milk a cow, collect eggs from the chickens and fresh vegetables and fruits from the garden! We will remember such a trip for a long time, thank you very much to Turonbek and his family.

Unit is situated in a perfect location, 3mins walk to Registan Square. There are also nearby grocery, restaurants, coffee shops, atm. Aziz is so kind to let us check in early. Highly recommended!
