This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

Mattia is a great host and has a beautiful place! He is very responsive and helpful. He even recommended places to eat and surrounding vineyards. The stay was very unique and pleasant.

This place is such a gem! The hosts work hard to make sure your stay is very comfortable. Someone is at reception most of the time to answer questions or help with recommendations! The room we stayed in (Olivo) was perfect. It had a small kitchen with beautiful views and the nature of the building is "Tuscany Picture Perfect" You definitely need a vehicle to Get around unless you plan on taking a taxi and staying at the location (which is very doable since they have a restaurant and serve you breakfast every morning) The pool is beautiful with picture perfect hills of Tuscany while you swim! They have a small playground and a large yard with tables where you can sip wine or have a picnic! The bed was very comfortable and our stay here was very relaxing! The restaurant had such an amazing food as well! 10/10 would recommend!

We cannot say enough about how fantastic our stay was. Maybe the most gorgeous property we’ve ever seen - even better than the pictures! Pia was incredibly helpful, sent us a whole printout of recommendations for different restaurants, wineries, and things to do. She is incredibly kind, responsive, and proactive - she thought of everything you may need during your stay and gave us a tour of our home. Waking up in the Tuscan countryside and watching the sun rise over the vineyards was relaxing and beautiful. The sunsets were breathtaking to see over the rolling hills in Chianti. Castellina was a cute little town with fantastic places to eat and panoramic views of the valley. And on top of all that, we made a new friend in the Public Relations Manager, Teo - you can be sure you’ll be greeted with a wagging tail and a happy little smile. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!

An absolutely incredible stay! The space is beautifully designed with a perfect balance of minimalism and original architectural elements from the old building. The bedroom is stunning, the terrace is exceptional, and the living room is just as impressive, featuring a beautifully designed minimalist kitchen and carefully curated furniture. The attention to detail is impeccable—everything is thoughtfully considered for those who appreciate refined minimalism and architecture. A truly, truly great space. Highly recommended!

We found Peggy’s place to be the perfect spot for exploring Tuscany. The instructions made it for easy to find & only a few short minutes drive from Panzano where we had lunch at Dario’s (a must in our opinion). Also highly recommend Montese Cooking Experience in San Gimignano.

The BEST BNB! This is the best and most amazing B&B we've ever stayed in, it completely raised our standards for B&Bs, the host couple is very friendly and helpful, always promptly responding to our questions, and even sent us a bottle of red wine, and recommended us to go to the local town's meat stall to buy food to go with it, the house is better than expected, it's exactly as the photos show!Very clean, ventilated and fragrant, the kitchen is well equipped with table and chairs, allowing us to cook and enjoy dinner during our stay, thank you to the host couple for being so warm and friendly, if I have the chance next time, I would like to stay again🩷
