Spread over two levels with a fully equipped private courtyard, it offers spacious, well-appointed interiors: a living area with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two junior suites with private bathrooms, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, mosquito screens, and smart TV. Casa Largo Fossa del Grano In a medieval village

Early 1900s independent house on two floors, recently renovated, in the heart of the historic center of Spoltore. It overlooks one of the most picturesque squares in the village and consists of two large and bright bedrooms (one has a desk for working), a bathroom with a large window, a kitchen, a living room and a large equipped terrace. The house, furnished in style, is equipped with smart TV, Wi-Fi (fiber optic) suitable for smart working needs, air conditioners, washing machine.

Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

“Corte dell’Annunziata”, located in the historic center of Sulmona, stands out for its elegant furnishings, attention to detail and its large private garden - a peaceful retreat where guests can relax. The property offers a shaded patio, a gazebo for outdoor breakfasts and meals, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a barbecue perfect for cookouts with friends, and a hot tub (available only from May to September). Comfortable and elegant ground floor apartment including beach umbrella located just 100 meters away. Completely renovated, it consists of a large and bright open space with kitchen, dining table, sofa bed and 55" TV. The sleeping area consists of a double suite with an en-suite bathroom and a chromotherapy shower, a lovely bedroom with a bunk bed and a second bathroom. It completes a large terrace with an umbrella and sitting area where you can spend time relaxing.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
