Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti

I spent a week in the house, everything was as described. The conditions are simple, but there is everything you need: clean, fresh bedding, heater and warm blankets (which saved us in rainy April weather). Authentic Georgian cottage with a cozy courtyard and summer kitchen. Walking distance to nearby attractions — canyon, hot springs, river and fortress. There are small village shops nearby. You can reach the city by taxi or minibus. The house has a new bathroom and warm water. The hosts were in touch and helped with the transfer from Senaki.

Everything went very well in this location for the 2 weeks we were here except that the water has a problem and is either hot or cold, no in-between. We didn't mention it but because the owner is very communicative and helpful, I'm sure he would fix this solution or actually have a trick to it if asked. Otherwise, great space, very cute. Would possibly stay again for next time staying in Kutaisi.

The dwelling was as described and exceeded my expectations as the space is wide and the size of the rooms is very large and the home decoration is very beautiful for the old character, but the owner of the house is very interested in it. You will not think that he is old, but old-fashioned. The host is very friendly, fun and tender. When we arrived, he gave us a lot of fruit and it was a very nice reception as he was receiving one of his family members. They loved the place even though our stay was 3 nights but dug in the garbage and days you won't forget with Mamoka Thank you, Mamoka, to make our days happier. I am very excited to get to know you. We'll come back for sure and this place will be our first choice.

Anri has a beautiful garden to dine outside in the evening. Too bad we didn't have more time to spend in Kutaisi.

Great accomodation for a family with plenty of space and a beautiful garden. The house has a great atmosphere with a bear fur on the wall, wooden floor, goats in the neighbours garden. Bathroom with a washing machine is spaceful and clean. There is no problem with parking in front of the house. The host is very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at Rusudan's place with friends when attending a film festival in Poti. The place was very tidy, and quite spacious. It is located on the 3rd floor (without an elevator). The bedroom overlooks at the port that is busy during day and night. There might be a slight noise coming in from the port, but I was not disturbed, on contrary I really enjoyed, but my friend had to use earplugs. Rusudan has been very communicative and it was easy to check in and check out. I really enjoyed my stay.

A small and charming conceptual hotel, invested and uniquely designed. Lots of seating areas in the large, green and pleasant yard. We came as a family and the place was excellent for us. Nika is a kind and sympathetic host who is willing to help with any need to make your stay pleasant

We really enjoyed the stay at Duska’s place. It is a quiet and peaceful home with a garden. It have a nice patio into the garden which we enjoyed spending time in. Duska also owns a dog Myo who is very friendly and playful who kept entertaining us🙂 Duska and her family were very helpful and gave us extra heater, bc that one in the room didn’t work, and also did our laundry. Few cons, there was musty smell in the room which got better in a few days after we aired it out, and no oven.

We are very excited about this welcoming family. We were allowed to check in early, because our plane arrived at 4 am. The host clarified whether everything suits us, if there were any wishes. They communicated with us sincerely, treated us with apples, wine. The room is clean and cozy. There is air conditioning, mirrors, nightstands. The room has a separate bathroom, towels, soap. There is a shared living room with fridge, kettle, tea. The place is quiet, beautiful. Close to Bagrati Temple. This is such a cozy place we were looking for. We had a great staycation and leisure experience thanks to Muradi's personal care and advises. The app shows prices for the 1 of 7 brand new and well furnished room available, not for the entire house. My family had a great memories here, I enjoyed chatting with Muradi in person, and was amazed how strong his effort to improve the guest's experience for each and every visitor. Muradi offers great Georgian food experience, he cooks mouthwatering dishes and made his very own, delicious white, red, black wine. His house fitted with beautiful furniture, AC, have few well equipped cooking spots and dinner tables. Have a stylish backyard. And in case you prefer a true Georgian party, feel free to sound! You'll meet local musitians and dancers! Location is perfect - the forest and a village views, small river with canyon, waterfall and swimming option just 10 minutes drive away. The guesthouse itself located 7 minutes away from the city. Petrol station and market is on the way too. Highly recommended this place to visit!

The coordinates are not the same as the actual location place. The accommodation has 4 beds 3.5 feet, 2 more sofas bed and 2 more mattresses. There is 1 bathroom but the water flows quite slowly. On the first floor, there is a wood stove heater that needs to be refilled every half hour. So the first floor It may not be suitable for sleeping in the winter. It is far from the city. There are no convenience stores nearby. However, the view of the accommodation area is very beautiful and private.

It is the best condition and quality of a cabin that has stayed all the way from Kazbek mountain to Mestia.Rarely the cabin also has A/C, the rooms etc are all very cozy, but the bathing water can be quick and not hot.

The house is very quiet, about 25 minutes walk from the center. A small supermarket is right around the corner and a great restaurant (Sanapiro) is only a few minutes walk away. You should know that you don't have the house completely to yourself, it has so many rooms that other people stay there too. Furthermore, the host lives downstairs by the kitchen and living room. But you have to say: The host is very nice, sweet and helpful. We felt very comfortable with her.

Excellent location, right in the centre of town square. Great bakery across the road and very easy access to all major restaurants and shops in town. Slightly noisy during peak times as can be expected. Hosts were friendly and very helpful. Thanks for a great stay!
